Amyloid fibrils = Abnormal protein assembly

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2634529/

This is part of what I was warning people about in early 2021:

"...excerpt from an interview with Dr. Chris Shaw, Ph.D, Specialist in Neuroplasticity and Neuropathology. Shaw described this very condition that could emerge as a reaction to agents in the mRNA vaccine that find their way into the brain. Here’s what he said:

“The mRNA lipid-coated PEG-construct– by Moderna’s own study–does not stay localized but spreads throughout the body including the brain. Found in animal studies in bone marrow, brain, lymph nodes, heart, kidneys liver, lungs etc Doctors are saying that the vaccine does NOT cross the blood-brain barrier, but that is NOT true. …If it reaches the brain there will be an auto immune response that will cause inflammation

What characterizes virtually all neuro-degenerative diseases is this misfolded protein that is characteristic to Lou Gerrigs disease, to Alzheimer’s, to Parkinsons to Huntington’s etc.

They are different proteins, but they tend to form these sheets of misfolded proteins called Beta Sheets.

Now you are asking cells in various parts of the body–including the brain– to make a lot of these proteins and release them to the outside, and, are we sure that’s what’ it’s all doing? Are you getting clusters of misfolded proteins inside neurons? That would be a bad thing to do.

So, you’d like to know where it is, how much of it there is, and which groups of neuronal groups its targeted. .and those are the kinds of questions you like the companies to have solved long before they got authorization and discovered some years later that they have a problem.”

“This is a vast experiment that should have been done in the lab on animals and now it is being done on people ..The potential is that you are going to harm a lot of people while you do this experiment.”

"

Are these strange "clots" amyloid fibrils. aka prions?

Expand full comment

Be careful. Prions are amyloid-like but they are infectious proteins containing DNA virus, as seen with Creutzfeldt-Jacob disease, Progressive Multifocal Leukoencephalopathy and Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (Mad Cow disease). In contrast to Hereditary and Non-Hereditary Amyloidosis, and the Amyloid fibrils associated with Alzheimer's disease, which have Amyloid but nothing to do with Prions! - This from the article you cited: "This protein was amyloidogenic but unlike other amyloid forming proteins it was infective and was termed: prion.

I completely agree with you on this misfolded proteins and the neuro dégénérative diseases. That’s exactly what I told when I learned about those vaccines being developed.

I think the opportunity here is to get a team of Dr and Scientists and meet with Dr Cole too produce a documentary proving or disproving Died Suddenly accusations that these Clots are from, or at least primarily from, the Shot.

I think that the Documentary would be almost as highly viewed or maybe more than Died Suddenly

Don't think so.

Fibrils are of microscopic size (the order of magnitude is just at x 100 nm), but the macroscopic elastic "clots" are so huge. They do look like elastic collagen to me, which has very long alpha helices that form coiled-coils in their structure, not beta sheets.

However, amyloid fibrils can be formed by spike protein, which then can induce micro-clots formation, i.e. the coffee ground like precipitates found by the embalmers.

Prions actually produce holes in the CNS for the mad-cow disease.

For structural biology, size matters too!

Still, as these things are in the blood, it occurs to me that certain enzyme supplements might be able to help the body deal with them given some studies show the body is overwhelmed with removing them. For example, natto or serraflyzyme. Thoughts?

Unfortunately, we don't know, for spike or its subunits are foreign to our body and it is horrifying too see them in the blood.

No harm trying to get good vitamins like K2 from natto to get the calcium out of the blood to the bone...but don't know whether that can help to remove those strange amyloid. Natto is a good source of vitamins as far as I know, but got to watch out the high sodium content if you already got high blood pressure.

These don’t appear to be blood clots when analyzed

Expand full comment

Just read the link above. There are limitations with the method they used to analyze the clots, to say the least.

"Samples are "digested" into nitric acid, this acid is nebulized into a liquid stream which goes through a plasma torch, gets ionized and then directed through a quadrupole assembly that sorts the elements by their mass-to-charge ratios".

It is true that metal elements entrapped int the clot can still be detected by MS. However, such sample preparation has already destroyed any proteins presence, to the point beyond recognition! It is because even the basic building blocks (i.e. amino acids) of the proteins have already been chemically destructed.

In other words, the choice of this methodology itself already eliminated the possibility that the clot is mostly made up of proteins! To put it into an analogy: it is like you burn up the dead body into ash first before you do the autopsy!

Exactly, I was using "worst case scenario" with 98%. CDC quietly admitted that the case numbers were inflated by a staggering amount. Happens when you code gunshot deaths as "covid".

Children literally have a zero percent chance of dying (something like .00008%) from "covid", and CDC admitted (again, after the fact) that the kids that died from "covid" had "at least 4 comorbidities". Yet, they put these mRNA gene editing franken things onto the regular childhood vaccine schedule. It's blatantly obvious that this whole thing is not about HEALTHcare.

Wakey - wakey...

I haven't looked at this at all, but I have definitely, without a doubt, seen peer-reviewed actual genuine research be "retracted" - which is supposed to be a transparent process, so that you can understand the science that runs through it and where the errors supposedly took place - but, very recently, with less evidence than any thing that remains standing as valid.

So maybe it was all fraud "very recently" or maybe thats just super convenient, in light of obvious connections w what is going on now? I don't know and won't be looking at that specifically myself.

What I have observed is retraction as a tool of censorship. And if you consider that for a moment it is far more powerful than refusal to publish such work / findings in the first place - as it especially forces colleagues to choose "to trust" or to be excommunicated themselves, to be associated w someone targeted for scandal or to hold in ones mind that ones own work is far superior for the alternative is to consider that ones work/career could equally be targeted.

When the "peers" are controlled with such means, the scientific answers can be obscured indefinately.

Sure, some is bad study design, some is clear fraud, others are older and science has moved forward making it obsolete. IMO if:

1) the study goes against the narrative,

2) soon after it is reported there appear multiple fact checkers and others "debunking it" and

3) pharma would lose money

Then it is likely true. Of course other studies in areas the narrative pushers have no interest in are more likely to be true especially if they have other related studies looking at the same thing. But always look at the date. Some good studies stand the test of time, other good studies are overtaken by new information.

Exactly. I've read a lot of studies with an increasingly jaundiced eye. For example, the study might include extraneous information not part of the study. I saw a lot of studies about the jab and its bad effects, yet at the bottom there was this catch all statement that the jab still protected most people. Of course there was no science or reference to any study that showed that. The authors just wanted to be published.

People will be surprised to discover that about 1/3 of the "research" cannot reciprocate/replicate/reproduce, including the hard science; 2/3 of the social science cannot replicate/reciprocate/reproduce. According to The Reproducibility Project: Cancer Biology, which reviewed over 100 research papers, only 46% of the total had positive and null effects from the original studies. And, of course, the "gold standard" in RCT- is peer-reviewed; I read somewhere one time a group of people submitted a load of "verified zombie" studies and got 1/2 of them passed the peer-reviewed process, lol

That's because Apple started using random mac addresses in iOS devices. Mac address randomization was also added in Android, Windows, and Linux and others. To stop tracking via mac address, Apple started using random mac addresses in iOS devices. Mac address randomization was also added in Android, Windows, and Linux and others. That’s why a search may not find anything and there are no names. Stop believing these con men and do some actual research.

Wow. You must be so smart to regard karen, the sales rep, as an expert. She knows nothing about what she was talking about. Karen incorrectly claims that PEGylated Lipid was graphene, when it is not and does not contain graphene. The documents she provided did not show graphene and she admitted this. The Chinese patent CN112220919A, she was talking about, is a Chinese vaccine. It is NOT Pfizer or Moderna. It is for a Chinese vaccine by a Chinese company. So she got everything wrong. That's the sort of person you and others get their information from. Any one should be able to find the truth but most of you just blindly believe your 'experts', like karen, that are usually spreading lies that can be proven wrong with a bit of research. You fall for these lies because it conveniently fit into your preconceived ideology.

The points about Kingston are good to consider. However, you're making assumptions about Bluetooth and hardware limitations that are not necessarily true. We don't know the minimum chip size, and DOD always gets first crack at new technologies. It surprises people, but batteries are NOT needed; incoming RF can be used for power -- or maybe they have figured out how to harness biological electrochemistry. Back in the 60's, the Russians bugged a plaque gifted to U.S. diplomats, that used nothing but a resonant cavity and a tiny antenna. A microwave carrier was beamed in externally and modulated by the device. While bluetooth activity seems hard to believe, I would be reluctant to completely write it off.

Expand full comment

For bluetooth power is needed. Lots of development is into nano-batteries but they cant do yet.

Even if you use logic only, you would surmise that if they developed a top secret nano tracking device, they would also use a top secret tracking signal. They wouldn't use a bluetooth signal that everyone could detect. Does that make sense? The mac addresses are all from personal devices like phones. Absolutely no intelligent person would use bluetooth for a secret device.

Expand full comment

That's a perfectly reasonable argument -- but never underestimate hubris (success makes you stupid/overconfident), and being rational has never been a DOD strong point. Bluetooth may be convenient for them, and who says they need to keep it secret, anyway? Denial has worked just fine for 9-11 as well as for massive vaxxx injuries and deaths.

But recent MRI’s show some type of lesion on the brain. Going for further testing now to try to figure it out. But they’ve gone from being a reasonably healthy, independent and physically capable 60-something to frail, hardly able to walk; unable to do much at all. It’s appalling. I see a variety of answers here, all of which have some merit and many of which have some overlap which is a good sign.

But for this situation I would highly recommend the most NATURAL version from the doctors with the most experience with covid19 patients over at FLCCC.net using the I-Recover protocol. With Autophagy (intermittent fasting)

It covers all the necessary beneficial nutrients your immune system needs naturally and offers several alternatives for some of the active nutrients if you can't find in one form, can find in another.

It is also based on how your own body cleans itself at the cellular level (during autophagy), and is good for ANYONE and EVERYONE, even those not sick with "long covid" or vax injured. Save it, print it, take it to your doctor, preserve it stone for future generations. It will be beneficial everyone who was vaccinated with mRNA EUA "vaccines".

Also, you NEED to watch #DIEDSUDDENLY to understand what's happening on the inside of the body from the micro-clot level that affects every organ in the body, to the large fibrous white clot material that is leading to a large percentage of the excess deaths across the globe.

#DiedSuddenly is the tragic result, I-Recover is the treatment and prevention, Autophagy is the janitor that takes out the trash from your cells.

The reason there are so many answers is there are so many different people. One of many flaws in conventional medicine is that there must be only one answer to a problem or illness. Our bodies certainly work similarly but none of us are identical. We don’t live in the same place and thus our resources are also different. So many variables in people can cause what seems like the same thing but each person represents a unique set of those variables. For every healer and medicine there will be folks who are helped by such and folks for whom it won’t work. In alternative medicine we do not close our minds to the many ways a person can heal. In fact, I always taught my students and clients that healers do not heal. The best help a person find what works for their uniqueness and to help that person heal themselves.

I'm of the opinion that our nation is under severe judgment so the remedies are spiritual in nature. When the level of fraud and deception is so great clearly some type of divine judgment is in place so the solution is seeking God's mercy. Fasting has always been seen as a path toward that not more self-indulgence, hypochondria and searches for elusive physical magic bullets.

You can try Carrington farms MCT oil, three 1/2 tab tablespoons per day to feed the brain ketones. It costs $18 for a 16 oz bottle.

The lauric acid , will reduce inflammation and is converted into ketones.

MCT oil Peaked Ketone levels in 1 and 1/2 hours, and is gone in 3 hours.

Coconut oil is a treatment for Alzheimer’s , Parkinson’s ALS,

Dr Mary Newport knew this in 2008

In 2013 she still is trying to let folks know about coconut oil

https://youtu.be/Dvh3JhsrQ0w

Expand full comment

You can buy ketones, or eat a very low carb diet and get strips to check if your body is creating ketones.

It takes several days to start producing ketones IF you are metabolically healthy, which is rare. For most Americans, getting your body to produce ketones is difficult. In some cases if the person is on Diabetes medication, to name one of many, it can be dangerous to start a low carb diet as the high blood sugar in the system will plummet and the Diabetes "medication" will cause low blood sugar, which can be dangerous.

Prior to the modern treatment of Diabetes, we had what we call the "Keto" diet. The med and insulin model is far more profitable, thus the suffering. Diabetes is another example of the horrors for cash of "Modern Medicine".

Expand full comment

Does it have that level of medicinal benefit? I'm suspicious about these newfangled recommendations that were once rejected as unnatural in quantity and alien to your environment as it is a tropical plant grown through a questionable corporation then extracted through possibly unsound means. Oils are so concentrated they should be used sparingly. The only traditional universally used oil was from the olive.

Expand full comment

Yes, 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, three times per day, will raise ketone levels in blood significantly to about 0.4 per milli mole after 3 hours. The lauric acid in coconut oil, which is the 12 length carbon chain, has permanent long term effects of reducing swelling and increasing the growth of new nerves.

The lauric acid, c:12,

which is 1/2 of coconut oil,

kills bacteria , fungus and numerous viruses

Using MCT oil of only the 8 and 10 carbon length ( the most common MCT oil type) will get ketones levels in blood up to 0.7 per milli mole.

Ketone esters (D beta hydroxene butyrate

(Not L) ) which are expensive, $25 per day, and taste horrible like jet fuel get ketones to the highest level,

Dr Mary newport in her numerous utube videos explains in this video, with the company “hvmn” , the manufacturer of ketone esters used by navy seals to prevent seizures when using a rebreather,

Also makes ketone ester for public purchase, mostly used by body builders to give strength during workouts .

Immediate response is ketones fuel the brain

Forty sigma means it was caused by some specific event and no chance of being random whatsoever. The jabs to the pregnant women caused the miscarriages, period. The rest of the stuff about clots and the few sudden death videos added (that happened before Covid happened) is quite a shame. Just one unchecked sudden death video would have been grounds for Covidstan to cry misinformation and rightfully so. The few fake videos to add to the drama were so unnecessary. Covidstan has destroyed its credibility doing the same thing. Why would someone against the vaccine use the same tactics? The clot debate could have been put to rest in the film but it wasn't. It's probably all true that the jabs caused the clots but the microscope challenge was sadly missing. Truth doesn't need the same reprehensible behavior Covidstan uses, just let the provable data speak for itself without the click-bait type filler. And now I see why when they push and push the VAX in the face of all of our undeniable evidence that it is more harmful than good, you always seem to question why. You seem confused why they would have this agenda. It's not because they don't understand the data. You have to be dumb as a rock to not see it. They know. It's on PURPOSE. No question. And you can confirm this with their other agendas. First, to make sure abortion is legal. They don't want more babies. No way. That defeats the purpose of all the killing and harm they are doing to pregnancies. And second, they are pushing gay and trans agendas. Can't have a baby if you're gay. No matter what they are saying, guys can't get pregnant. And lastly, they are putting the fear into the young that you don't want to bring a kid into this world in the current condition we are in.
