What is the primary, original, source of the tested sequence? How is it proved that it is specific of a virus or even a given virus? A positive finding couldn't come from other sources?

Helpful info thank you.

Here's another article I found, from March 2022. Steve will like this one:

Those Dying Post-Vaccine: Where Are The Autopsies?

"In this age of supposed scientific medicine and a pandemic, we are relying on death certificates for statistics on the cause of death, even though they are known to be extremely unreliable.

Thousands of healthy people are dying unexpectedly, but our public health agencies are assuring us that their deaths were not caused by the COVID jab. The toll of post-vaccine deaths has reached nearly 7,000, according to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS). It’s the best system we’ve got, even though it misses 90% or more of the actual events.

But I have seen a report of just one autopsy. This patient had had one dose of the Pfizer shot and died four weeks later. Although there were no characteristic features of COVID-19, almost all tissues tested positive on PCR for SARS-CoV-2."

Are they able to include a test for SARS-CoV-1 (ca 2003)? (i.e., if not an active infection, to see if the individual ever had SARS-1)

Expand full comment

Nope. no demand for that.

Expand full comment

Agree. Just a personal curiosity to know whether having had SARS-1 and recovered provides lasting immunity against COVID-19. Probably not important, unless SARS-1 was also developed in a laboratory... in which case we're looking at a very patient, diabolical perpetrator.

But according to the UK Government in FOI responses SARS-CoV-2 is just what the symptoms they were told to look for by the WHO and then to analyse the swab from a person with xxxx symptoms and if they matched then hey presto it is "covid".

They also admitted in an FOI to me they did not know nor could confirm that what was called "covid"caused illness in humans.

These tests have only just started:

"Early during the pandemic, it was considered unethical to inject the virus into humans as there is no rescue therapy.

This position has changed as there is now better understanding of infection, disease and risk factors for severity.

This has allowed the “Human challenge Program” to be set up, using healthy young adult volunteers to be infected with pure virus followed by detailed monitoring over the full course of virus replication to resolution, and thus demonstrating the course of COVID-19 disease, from the moment a person first encountered SARS-CoV-2, throughout the infection to the point at which the virus is apparently eliminated.

Further information can be found on the follow links:

https://www.imperial.ac.uk/news/233514/covid-19-human-challenge-study-reveals-detailed/

https://www.ox.ac.uk/news/2021-04-19-human-challenge-trial-launches-study-immune-response-covid-19 "

I'll give it a few months then send an FOI asking how it's going - if it's like the the Spanish 'Flu experiments and what Porton Down did for over 40 years during the 'flu and common cold research then it will be an utter failure trying to get volunteers infected.

why did it fail? because they are trying to "artificially" and "deliberately" infect people?

Expand full comment

But if it was that infectious that just being within 6 feet of someone (or whatever it was back then in 1918) while they breathed in your direction meant you caught "it" then surely doing something like putting the infected person's saliva directly into your mouth or an open wound or sneeze and cough all over you would infect you without fail? Wouldn't it? You would think so.

And if this method failed (which it did, repeatedly) for something that is so infectious then why did it fail?

That is what I haven't found an answer for yet.

And I think it will be interesting to see how the modern day attempts that are now being done perform and what results they get at the end.

It is also really important to mention third generation sequencing because that can sequence the entire genome in one go (and this negates the argument of it being imaginarily cobbled together by a computer) and these platforms have likewise been used for SARS-CoV-2

Expand full comment

Regarding the sample, how could one say any sequence is from a virus and not from other organism or cell?

Regarding the looked for sequence, how was it originally discovered of belonging to a virus, a given one, such SarsCov2? From a sample as above? It seems circular.

Yes, that is what I understand is being requested by the virus hunters. Do you have a reference to a paper which has used this method?

On a different (but related) note:

Just received this WOW! article from a friend: 33 sick (including disabled) or dead since wedding eight months ago.

All jabbed -- but you didn't need me to tell you that: : ).

Is that the same Sanger family that started the Sanger Institute?

If it is it is the same Sanger that became the Wellcome Sanger Institute so part of the Wellcome Trust run by Jeremy Farrar who instigated the unrecorded, undocumented, unminuted teleconference in February 2020 with Vallance/Fauci/Drosten that led to the ongoing PCR test abuse worldwide and the UK Government spending tens of billions of pounds on the Lighthouse Labs to analyse them to sequence "covid" - the Lighthouse Labs that are run by the Wellcome Institute which is run by Jeremy Farrar.

I know this as I've delivered covid tests to them a few times and to other specialist Wellcome Trust labs in 2021 but were listed on the paperwork as "Lighthouse Labs".

And round and round it goes.

"Therefore, if I infect my wife with my virus...". Does there exist any valid scientific evidence that "the virus" is either a pathogen, or contagious?

Absolutely not.

Therefore you are arguing from false premises, and have lost all credibility on the subject, despite the impressive science-babble.

Not sure of provenance but what do y you make of this Steve? Does make sense as it explains the silence from people like Jordan Peterson who spoke out against vaccines and then suddenly stopped. It is exactly what they WOULD do if it's all planned isn't it? They wouldn't leave anything to chance and for outspoken journalists/docs / scientists with a conscience to ruin all their decades long plans . If only the programmers could switch the algorithms so that their class gets restricted for good!!!

Good starting point, but not all NGS are the same. IonTorrent (TF) and Illumina are much lower fidelity than PacBio or ONT. Multiplatform sequencing is the best (you use ALL the tools, combining the best features of each and verifying them against each other):

https://precision.fda.gov/challenges/10/results

Unfortunately c. 90% of all NGS sequencing worldwide is done solely on the Illumina's platform.

Expand full comment

Is there any type of NGS sequencing that can read the entire genome (i.e. 30k+ base pairs) or are they all working on smaller fragments which are then assembled and/or aligned?

Expand full comment

Both PacBio and ONT systems can do single long reads beyond 30kbp of RNA. PacBio's SMRT doesn't require PCR amplification for long reads.

https://genomebiology.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s13059-020-1935-5

SARS-CoV-2 samples have been long read sequenced without PCR amplification using ONT Minion.

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35054462/

However, NOT a single published and peer-reviewed ONT/PacBio long single read sequence (without PCR) of Pfizer or Moderna Covid-19 "vaccine" mRNA sequence exist in the scientific literature. There is ONE (1) putative sample posted on Github done on Illumina. That's it.

Thanks for the reference. Unless there is another part of the paper I am not seeing, the paper states, "These reads did not cover the entire SARS-CoV-2 reference genome; however, these were sufficient for mapping the N gene."

I am looking for a paper that states they read the entire genome. Do you know of one?

Please check out this article:

"“In early August and after I got my vaccine, one thing I learned about this is my body was depleted of COVID. When I was actually able to get my vaccine because they weren’t available for our age yet — and I had to wait 90 days after COVID — had I known what I know now, I wouldn’t have got vaccinated for at least a year.

“What I gathered from specialists and doctors is that the spike protein from the virus is the residual effect and still in your body. The first two weeks, you fight off the worst of it and it’s gone. My body still had the spike protein and my body was still fighting it.

“Then I got the vaccine and it just made things worse and my second vaccine made it worse again. I wish I would have waited until I felt 100 per cent healthy before getting the vaccine, but at that time, nobody really knew the answers on this stuff.

“It was trial-and-error and really didn’t work out for me. I’m in no way an anti-vaxxer. What I learned is that the spike protein is already in your body and you can’t put more in.

“As far as I know, I’ve only had COVID that one time.”"
