My "to do" list for the new head of HHS (unburdened by what has been)
Here's my "to do" list.
Now that we are finally unburdened by what has been, here are my favorite “to do” list recommendations, in no particular order:
Ask CDC and FDA to accept meeting requests from a short list of the country’s most influential misinformation superspreaders. The reason: everyone agrees misinformation costs lives. The purpose is for the CDC and FDA to publicly expose these charlatans and save lives. Nothing will turn the tables faster than explaining to the misinformation spreaders why the evidence they rely on is flawed.
Put me in touch with someone at the CDC who I can show the evidence that the COVID vaccines didn’t reduce mortality from COVID. The evidence is from US government public databases and it CLEARLY shows neither cases nor case fatality rate were lowered.
Write an op-ed telling the American public that the NIH has known for 20 years that the influenza vaccine doesn’t work, but they were afraid to tell people. Their results were confirmed 15 years later (see Anderson 2020).
Make it safe for doctors and immunologists to write vaccine exemptions without intimidation from medical boards. Even in Texas, every private school requires full vacation or no education. Trying to find a board certified immunologist to write an exemption, even when clearly medically warranted is impossible. There isn’t a single one in the country.
End the liability protection for all vaccine manufacturers. This was a huge mistake. There is NOT liability protection in Europe so why is it required in the US?
End the “protocols” and give physicians the ability to choose. The Paul Marik sepsis protocol isn’t used anywhere. How do we enable them to prescribe. Sponsor a correct clinical trial to evaluate this.
Re-create DEVEXI and have it government run at low cost and expand the scope. Watch this video. This will create transparency so anyone can do studies like Tony Mawson’s autism study.
Publish record level data like the Czech Republic did in Nov 2024 for every vaccine.
There are 3 clinical trials to fund immediately:
Fund an independent third party to do an on-going clinical trial for vaccines where they enroll 20,000 vaccinated Americans and 20,000 unvaccinated Americans and track their vaccinations, SAEs, and deaths prospectively. Active monitoring of a stable group is the best way to monitor for safety signals. Participants agree to have their record level data disclosed (dates of vaccination and death and AESIs, but their birthdate is kept secret (just their birth year). This alone would be game changing as the data would be made publicly available.
do vaccines, cause autism. The reasearchers would enroll parents within selected clinics where autistic children are enrolled. They would interview all the parents to determine the exact day the parents first noticed symptoms. Then look back and forward to find the nearest vaccination dates and which vaccines were given.
Are unvaccinated kids healthier than vaccinated kids? Look at all the chronic disease metrics and level of vaccination.
Create a fund and protection for whistleblowers that has teeth. The current setup just doesn’t work. Protocol 7 is a perfect example.
End pharma ads. Here’s why: “A TV news president admitted to RFK Jr. that any host allowing him to speak negatively about Big Pharma on air would be FIRED because “this is where our advertisers are.”
Fire CDC Director Many Cohen.
Get rid of all mask mandates.
Begin a massive advertising campaign educating the American public about the dangers of childhood vaccines and citing the studies that have been done and noting that there’s a reason the NIH refused to ever fund such a study.
Require on-going active safety monitoring of all drugs by an independent company. Make the active monitoring data public. Start with vaccines.
Publicly release the long-hidden-from-public-view VSD database for all to see so we can replicate the Verstraeten autism study.
Ask the justice department to pursue criminal charges against Fauci for lying to Congress and obstruction of justice.
Bring the authors of the the DeStefano autism paper in front of Congress to have a friendly chat about destruction of government data. Coleen Boyle has stated she will refuse to testify. Perhaps the others could comment on what she is hiding. The odds ratio for black males for getting autism from the MMR shot was 3.87 and Hooker’s re-analysis of the destroyed data was published in the peer-reviewed medical literature. Show us the data that makes it more likely that vaccines don’t cause autism.
End all local, state, and federal government mandated health directives including masks, vaccination, etc. for people and pets. Public agencies should be free to advise medical interventions but they should be prohibited from enforcing compliance with any directive that may negatively impact a person’s health. People should be consulting with their doctors about all medical interventions.
Compensate those injured by the FDA-approved vaccines for their injuries. Not just the COVID vaccine but for all vaccines including kids whose autism was caused by vaccines.
How by reinstating all medical personnel that lost their jobs, pensions and other benefits for non compliance?
Replace the heads of the CDC, NIH, HHS, and FDA with honest leaders who cannot be bought who have been speaking out publicly about the corruption of these agencies.
Immediately replace the outside committees of the CDC and FDA with honest, competent advisors. Wouldn’t it be great to put Dr. Pierre Kory in charge of ACIP, the CDC’s outside committee on vaccines?
Release the long-hidden NIH study of the vaccinated and unvaccinated so the world will finally know that the childhood vaccination schedule was a complete shit show and that the NIH buried the study?
Bring CDC scientist William Thompson and all the others who collaborated on the CDC 2004 autism study (including Coleen Boyle who has refused to testify if asked) before Congress to testify that he was ordered by the CDC to selectively destroy just the data that linked vaccines in autism. Expose the corruption and the fact that the study absolutely showed the link (which is why Thompson was ordered to destroy the evidence).
The NIH should fund a large study looking at the temporal proximity between vaccination and first appearance of autism symptoms noticed by parents and expose this horrible crime for the entire world to see just how totally corrupt the CDC was and make it crystal clear to the world that vaccines are the major cause of autism.
Do an NIH funded study that looks into the relationship between vaccination compliance and chronic disease to show the public the truth that the evidence has been there for decades and no one wanted to look that vaccines are the primary cause of most chronic disease in America. The odds ratios are huge for most chronic diseases.
Get rid of fluoride added to drinking water. Over 600 communities have done this on their own in defiance of the CDC because the data is so compelling. Time to extend this to the entire country.
Stop all funding of outside groups pushing vaccines. Shift funding to groups who have been exposing the dangers of vaccines.
Order government agencies to stop influencing social media companies.
Protect the free speech rights of doctors making it a criminal offense for medical boards to strip doctors of their credentials based on what they say.
The NIH should announce that it will suspend for 4 years all medical research grants to any academic institution where there is clear evidence of intimidation by the school administration on trying to censor the medical academic research by faculty members. This happens today and it is a prime reason why the public isn’t hearing the truth about the COVID vaccines.
STOP rewarding hospitals for COVID deaths. Do the opposite: recognize and reward hospitals who achieve the lowest COVID case fatality rates.
Protect medical whistleblowers and provide incentives for those who come forward and expose medical corruption at hospitals, private industry, and academic institutions.
Make it illegal for hospitals to tell their staff things like “you are not allowed to blame the vaccine” or similar directives. This exists in all hospitals today and it causes patients to be gaslighted. This practice has to stop.
We need to make public health data public especially for all vaccines. States should be required to make record level data vaccination records available for all vaccines and this should supercede any provisions in HIPAA. In other words, record level data where the person is ONLY identified by their year of birth, but all the other information is by exact dates, including date of death. Public transparency of vaccination data would immediately expose the fraud.
Let’s have a public vaccine debate between RFK Jr. and a prominent pro-vaccine advocate like Peter Hotez or Paul Offit. No more excuses for these people to back down. RFK Jr. has been asking for this for over 20 years.
Have the new CDC tell the country do NOT vaccinate and invite all public health authorities who want to challenge them to a public dialog. It will be interesting to see if anyone shows up.
Allow broader access to query medical databases such as the Vaccine Safety Datalink. This database is for use by researchers only and access is tightly controlled. The database should be open to all qualified researchers who agree to keep patient data confidential but no other restrictions. You shouldn’t have to have your project approved. We shouldn’t be hiding these databases. They can save lives.
Question Moderna in front of Congress and ask them how they explain that their patented gene sequence ended up being found inside the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Their CEO said he’d look into this, but he forgot to let us know.
Have the drug companies appear in front of Congress and explain the Czech Republic record level data. If their vaccines are both safe, how can there be a 30% higher 1 year mortality difference in every age group after getting the shots?
Get FDA’s Peter Marks in front of the Senate and have him explain to us why, if the vaccine is so safe, we have all this data that shows otherwise.
Stop enabling pharma to directly advertise regulated drugs to consumers. The problem with this is it biases the media. They can still advertise to the medical community.
Require that all autopsies in just one state for 30 days include assays that can determine whether the COVID vaccine could have caused the death. Pay states to do this. Reveal the results.
Reopen the investigation as to the real origin of SARS-CoV-2.
Require federal agencies to respond to questions from journalists who work for publications with over 100,000 readers in the US. Even better is to pass legislation called the “Independent Media Accountability Act.” This particular suggestion is very simple to implement as an executive order, but it has the most profound implications because it would create something the government lacks: oversight and accountability.

I believe that it is important and even useful to "say your prayers out loud. Such prayers are more likely to be answered!
RFK and Trump hava a LOT of appointments to be made...and your courageous spirit and your ongoing fortitude is worthy of a position of influence.
