I believe I know someone greatly injured, but thankfully not dead. Survey seems geared toward people who have died.
After 2 Pfizer Jabs my EKG changed, 2 Aneurysms were found and I believe grew faster than before the Jabs.
Also found was a BiCuspid Aorta, that was fixed, so all was not for a loss.
