Thank you. This is so important. We are currently sinking into imbecility instead of allowing space for intellectual rigour to flourish.

Fantastic work Steve! You’re building an amazing toolkit of scientific evidence for lawyers to take down the C19 health fascists! Respect! 😎👊

Rob Verkerk PhD's new article discusses the retraction of the paper as a well oiled machine swung into action to punish those that dare publish science that's counter to the approved narrative! As Dr Verkerk says "We would like to thank Steve Kirsch for putting his money where his mouth is."

Yeah corruption is all over the world Steve, even my tiny country of Seychelles. Our government is dead set on signing the treaty with the WHO. Our very important island of Assumption is be leased to the Qataris 1.2% or 54,000 sq meters stretched over 5km with a 2km airport in a protected region that’s part of the Aldabra group and atoll. For long term It would sever a better purpose like the Darwin institution with the Galapagos giant tortoises which are different from our endemic Seychelles giant tortoises to have a similar institution that could be run by our little Seychelles university. What a marine biology gold mine to do a doctorate and research paper putting Seychelles on the map for the right reasons.

They even believe that Aldabra atoll is actually on top of a volcano.

So a lot to do both side to tackle corruption and WHO including the vaccine. Keep up the excellent work Steve you reach very far and wide trust me.

Thank you so much it’s very much appreciated.

@stevekirsch I was just listening to an interview with Nathaniel Mead, one of the lead authors on the study, on the children's health defense website. It seems very likely to me that springer probably fully intended to retract the study shortly after publication in order to discredit the authors of the study, and perhaps more importantly, in one fell swoop discredit all of the previously published supporting research used in the study. In other words, the entire process may have been a setup.

Great!! This is the way!! 👍💪 We are tired of those "pseudo Scientific" journals. If we do not act now against these spreaders of lies, the science of the near future that our children will study will only be tha one that will bring profits to multinationals. They will teach us that the immune system is useless we will need drugs from birth for living...oops...but perhaps they have already started doing this! As long as someone makes money from illnesses... there will always be illnesses.

Your lawsuit will not be taken seriously. That's as it should be. You have no case. You should not abuse the legal system in this way.

Expand full comment

Did you know Steve Kirsch hired a private investigator who gathered evidence that the paper was unethically retracted?

Expand full comment

Yes, I did read that. The lawsuit Steve kirsch is going to bring is not about ethics. It's about the law.

Luckily Steve Kirsch just attended the Covid Litigation Conference and spoke to many other lawyers about it. You're going to continue on your train track, I understand that but go ahead and repeat it if you want to feel better.

I get the feeling you love censorship and hate medical freedom. You're happy the government and pharmaceutical companies hide data.

Expand full comment

No, I don't like censorship. But I don't like frivolous lawsuits either.

Are you a lawyer or a judge with an extensive history of handling cases like this?

Expand full comment

Yes, a lawyer. I've drafted many complaints in cases alleging the causes of action Steve Kirsch discusses. No judge would take him seriously. He doesn't know what he's talking about.

Rose, a judge would not be deciding whether the paper should have been retracted, but instead, whether Springer Nature committed defamation, breach of implied contract, fraudulent misrepresentation, or tortious interference. There are not enough facts to support the elements of those causes of action, let alone for $250 million in damages. A judge would quickly throw this case out of court.

A "Leftist" Judge will throw it out. They are the only people left in the legal profession (sadly, created like widgets by the law school that you probably graduated from) that no longer believes in free speech. This is fascist tyranny and must be avoided at all costs. Maybe you should listen to this idiot:

"…A dictatorship means muzzles all round and consequently stultification. Science can flourish only in an atmosphere of free speech.“

It wouldn't mstter if he could prove every point he mentions. The country, judicial system is law-less,. I actually believe they would mock him by allowing it to be heard and then just rule in favor of the tyrants. Good is bad, bad is good, bitter is sweet, sweet is bitter, legal is illegal and illegal is noe legal. AKA the endtimes.

Excellent and high time.

A comment, a 'however'..... is it true the letters were written so incredibly poorly? Was there some transcription problem? If these scientific lights who sent supporting letters are actually that bad at spelling or spell checking, it is concerning.

FYI, I went to Dr. Boz' referenced post, and virtually all of the comments were along the lines of "we already knew this" and "how could you have been duped this long" so people are smarter than we realize.

Excellent , why are we as physicians not allowed to read everything and make a decision , do “they” think we are so stupid not to do that , it is unethical to withhold information especially when nothing can be found wrong according to the COPE process. Shame on Medical Boards that is suppose to keep the public safe!!
