Your lawsuit will not be taken seriously. That's as it should be. You have no case. You should not abuse the legal system in this way.

Did you know Steve Kirsch hired a private investigator who gathered evidence that the paper was unethically retracted?

Yes, I did read that. The lawsuit Steve kirsch is going to bring is not about ethics. It's about the law.

Luckily Steve Kirsch just attended the Covid Litigation Conference and spoke to many other lawyers about it. You're going to continue on your train track, I understand that but go ahead and repeat it if you want to feel better.

I get the feeling you love censorship and hate medical freedom. You're happy the government and pharmaceutical companies hide data.

No, I don't like censorship. But I don't like frivolous lawsuits either.

Are you a lawyer or a judge with an extensive history of handling cases like this?

Yes, a lawyer. I've drafted many complaints in cases alleging the causes of action Steve Kirsch discusses. No judge would take him seriously. He doesn't know what he's talking about.

Rose, a judge would not be deciding whether the paper should have been retracted, but instead, whether Springer Nature committed defamation, breach of implied contract, fraudulent misrepresentation, or tortious interference. There are not enough facts to support the elements of those causes of action, let alone for $250 million in damages. A judge would quickly throw this case out of court.

A "Leftist" Judge will throw it out. They are the only people left in the legal profession (sadly, created like widgets by the law school that you probably graduated from) that no longer believes in free speech. This is fascist tyranny and must be avoided at all costs. Maybe you should listen to this idiot:

"тАжA dictatorship means muzzles all round and consequently stultification. Science can flourish only in an atmosphere of free speech.тАЬ

It wouldn't mstter if he could prove every point he mentions. The country, judicial system is law-less,. I actually believe they would mock him by allowing it to be heard and then just rule in favor of the tyrants. Good is bad, bad is good, bitter is sweet, sweet is bitter, legal is illegal and illegal is noe legal. AKA the endtimes.
