Wonderful person, so far he’s underfunded and understaffed for the projects ahead of him.

In this document, Sloan-Kettering is being devious when they avoid acknowledging that they're giving the EUA vackseen, not the FDA-approved one:

"You are being offered either COMIRNATY (COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA) or the

Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine to prevent Coronavirus Disease 2019

(COVID-19) caused by SARS-CoV-2."

I believe ALL the following arguments should be raised when arguing against vackseen mandates:

Vax mandates ILLEGAL:

a/ Basic right of sovereignty over our own body

b/ Violate laws on medical privacy & discrimination

c/ Illegal to mandate an experimental medicine/biologic (note only EUA rona vacks available & pushed)

d/ No justification, rona flu 99+% survival

e/ Vax cause injury/death

f/ All above imply sinister motives of tyranny/dep0pulat!on

Two references related to item c/ above. And, of course, Malone is making this argument as well.

In one case, the judge was sympathetic to the argument of the EUA vackseen being used instead of the FDA approved one: "Ultimately, the judge appeared sympathetic to the plaintiffs, but threw the lawsuit out because it was filed anonymously due to fear for reprisal."

Unfortunately, very few Jews were saved.

But it's a lie that Pope Pius XII collaborated with Hitler... Please read what major Jewish leaders said about him after war.

I could go on, and will if you want

Some Catholics, lay and clergy, did work against Jews. Mortal sin. A sin crying out to Heaven for vengeance. There are only 4 of these. Extremely serious.

Steve, an idea keeps niggling at my mind.

Inflammation and reduced blood flow to the human brain will certainly affect IQ. IQ can be measured with standardized tests. Catching the coronavirus is known to cause some brain damage and lower cognitive performance.

Unfortunately, I have seen plenty of evidence suggesting to me people who are vaccinated are emotionally unstable and not thinking clearly. Delusional people tend to deceive themselves. In the same way, a drunk person is terrible at accurately evaluating his own level of performance.

It may be possible to get people who have been vaccinated to test their IQs. Then they can test themselves 2 weeks after a booster and see if it made them smarter. Just like athletes have reduced physical performance and sometimes die of heart attacks, I suspect IQ tests will inform the vaccinated they should not be taking boosters.

I know the brain can heal like any organ, which is a very good thing. But it is probably important for the preservation of civilization for people to quit being boosted and inflamed. 🤔

I have a question and I'm asking it here because simply I don't know where else to ask it.

I recently heard Robert F. Kennedy Jr. state that a major reason for vaccinating kids is because this will provide legal immunity for Big Pharma even _after_ the EUAs are done and we move - hypothetically, if you ask me - to full FDA approval.

I've tried to look this up. IANAL. The closest I've found is the NCVIA, the National Childhood Vaccines Injury Act, which redirects vaxx compensation claims through a special system, one that appears to primarily protect the vaxx makers.

But despite the word "Childhood" in the name of the act, it appears to apply to any vaxx, for child and adult alike, or at least any vaxx specifically listed in its table of approved vaxxes.

So my question is: is RFK Jr. right? Is all it takes is to have a vaxx added to the NCVIA table and the vaxx maker thereby becomes magically untouchable, even after full FDA approval? Is that how it's done? And if so, what is the process? Can the FDA do this on its own, or does congress have to amend the act?

Thanks to anyone who can answer. I'm not involved in any litigation or anything, just someone who's curious and wishes to know, as I'm sure others are as well. Thanks again.

Random. Came across this recently on the CDC website. Besides the obvious question of them now excluding 93 weeks of data during the actual pandemic and swapping it with numbers from 5 and 6 years ago why are they even bothering to change it this late into the game almost two years later and just last month?

I don’t care enough to speculate and am definitely no expert but removing 93 weeks of data seems like an odd way of improving the accuracy of their estimates. Ha

“On November 17, 2021, the algorithm used to estimate excess deaths was modified to include 6 years of prior data, rather than 4, which have been used to date. Initial estimates of excess deaths used 4 years of data prior to 2020 in the algorithm to evaluate potential trends in expected and excess deaths. As excess deaths continued to be tracked into 2021, an increasing amount of data had to be excluded from the algorithm modeling, as weekly counts of deaths during the pandemic (February 1, 2020 to present) are excluded from the algorithm to estimate the expected numbers of deaths. As of November 2021, this results in approximately 93 weeks of data being excluded from the estimation. With the exclusion of these 93 weeks, there was insufficient data to accurately estimate the trends in the expected numbers of deaths when using only 4 prior years of data. Thus, the number of prior years used to estimate the expected numbers of deaths was increased to 6, to ensure a sufficient number of years to estimate the trends over time. This change resulted in an increase in the weekly expected numbers of deaths by an average of 2% throughout the pandemic. The increase in the expected numbers of deaths resulted in a decrease in the estimates of total excess deaths, but these estimates are within the range of previously published values.

In previous releases, a range of excess death estimates were provided overall and for each jurisdiction, based on the total numbers of deaths above two thresholds (the average expected number and the upper bound threshold). With the improved estimates of the average expected numbers of deaths based on 6 prior years of data, a single estimate of total excess deaths is now shown for the US and each jurisdiction. Relying on the upper bound threshold to estimate total excess deaths will likely result in an underestimation of total excess deaths. The upper bound threshold is shown in the visualizations to illustrate when excess deaths are significantly higher than expected.”
