On the topic of resources for vax exemptions, are there any lawyers who can offer any guidance or anyone who could suggest good lawyers in this area? That’s one area where I have no experience personally.
Also have made firm decision to say ‘NO’ to testing as well. If needed, I’ll retire. I’ve been thinking this one over for quite a while and yesterday’s comment discussion on https://stevekirsch.substack.com/p/intracranial-infection-cases-up-60 helped clinch it for me. I’ve submitted a request for ‘religious accommodation’, which is the technical term for what most call a vaccine exemption. I’m a Federal employee so the ball started rolling for us with an executive order last September. I’m waiting to hear if it’s been approved or not. I posted some info last week on the topic in response to interactions with another reader. I’ll see if I can figure out what article it was and repost here.
There will be many employers who honestly don’t understand the rules on this topic and other who do, but hope YOU don’t. Be prepared and don’t be intimidated! IF YOU KNOW YOU HAVE THE FACTS ON EXEMPTIONS, DON’T BACK NO MATTER HOW INTIMIDATING AN EMPLOYER TRIES TO BE. But that doesn’t mean you need to be angry or aggressive. Think about it, who is actually scarier, Barney Fife or the cool-as-ice state trooper who slowly strides up to you vehicle when he pulls you over?

Any courageous employees - vaxed or unvaxed - willing to resist together the totalitarian embedded ‘coercion’.
YES! I’m continually finding more vaxxed coworkers (some by coercion AND some by choice) who strongly oppose vax mandates.
