IF YOU KNOW YOU HAVE THE FACTS ON EXEMPTIONS, DON’T BACK NO MATTER HOW INTIMIDATING AN EMPLOYER TRIES TO BE. But that doesn’t mean you need to be angry or aggressive. Think about it, who is actually scarier, Barney Fife or the cool-as-ice state trooper who slowly strides up to you vehicle when he pulls you over?
