He posits these spikes are the vaccinated dying within the two weeks post jab when they are still considered un-vaccinated. I think what he is saying is those extra deaths which are due to both the first injection and propensity to get Covid in that period get reported in the unvaccinated because they are prior to being fully vaccinated.. he explores some other issues that could be causing the increased mortality ie delayed reporting but concludes that there really is no difference in mortality between vac and unvaccinated after the 14 day period post second vac.. at least that is how I saw it .,

The vaccine is, initially, immunosuppressive. That could explain it.
