I have read from various sources that the liability protection given to Pfizer, Moderna, et al will be null and void if it is proven that fraud was committed with the clinical trials data from the COVID jabs with both manipulation of the trials and data results and the withholding of the actual clinical trials results. If there is one judge that rules that Pfizer and Moderna have committed fraud then that should open the door to lawsuits by those injured and have died as a consequence of taking the jabs. I believe that violation of the Nuremberg Code and failure to provide informed consent (i.e. intentional withholding of clinical trials data that exposed serious adverse health reactions, complications and deaths) should be at the core of the law suits against the perpetrators of these egregious crimes!
I believe Pfizer said that there’s no fraud because the FDA was aware of the fraud prior to authorization. Thus, no fraud. Hoping this pass the buck defense doesn’t hold water if/when Pf is sued.
