Sadly both. I have to belief quality control is up to the job either so we really have no idea if these things will work as designed. Think about it. They have a product that is very difficult to transport and store. I never once heard about batches being tossed because of damage. We also know that the quality control at the factories was not standardised and in the end we never really did see Comirnaty on the streets of the US.
