Sure, the ambulance delay is a very real, tragic problem that causes many preventable deaths. But it's extremely likely that the vaccine CAUSED THE HEART ATTACK that made the ambulance necessary in the first place.
I recently lost a distant relative whose cause I believe was AZ "vaccine", but didn't have the heart to tell his wife when I talked to her, but confided with others.
