"Most deadly" is both grammatically and factually incorrect. There have been deadlier vaccines tested. "We" didn't produce this, or any other "vaccine". These are not a collective effort.
I understand the need to call them "vaccines", but putting the term in quotes addresses the inaccuracy without engendering confusion.
How about:
"They are the deadliest "vaccine" products ever distributed to the general population."
