Sounds like you are saying Steve is refusing to see the PTB clearly, and he thinks it was ignorance or blindness on the part of the CDC, et. al. Not true. To quote from Steve's article:

I agree with what you are saying, my point is only it has been that way from day one and our tone and civility towards these criminals who depend on our civility and reasoning, when they have none and never have needs to stop.. This EVIL has been happening for a long long time, the parents hand it down to their children that is why it never ends, and we just need to talk to them from that angle.. How would you talk to a rapist or a murderer and the worse person on the face of the earth, this is who these people are.. Everything Steve and others have said, they know and do not care and are getting set up to do it again.. WE need to let them know that we KNOW they did it on purpose and we do not expect them to tell the TRUTH because they are LIARS so that is what they do...
I think some of us are still trying to seek justice in this very same 'system' that created this whole scamdemic nightmare in the first place. I believe eventually, they'll realize its futility.
The few individuals who remained courageous and true are going to learn what every dissenter to totalitar!an thought and regimes in history has learned, often violently: you're in the minority. A very very small minority. There's no such thing as an enlightened majority. The masses of people don't join the right side when under compulsion. They fold and collaborate and persecute the people who won't.

There is no reasoning with these people.. WE have to call them out for what they are and DO NOT COMPLY with anything they say or do, otherwise we comply by not saying anything.. The masses do protect the murderers and go after the TRUTH tellers, that is TRUE.. That is what these murderers depend on always, disunity.. GOD is our only HOPE..
I feel the same way as you. I used to give the benefit of the doubt to people. That maybe, they're just not getting all the information they need to make an informed decision. Scamdemic has permanently changed my perspective on this. The greatest minds mankind has ever produced Nietzsche, Mencken, Schopenhauer, Dostoevsky, et al , they have all forwarned us about the weakness of the masses of men. I used to think their views were quite harsh against us commoners. I understand them now.
People in this country have been spoiled/brainwashed over generations.. Told what to do, who to like and who to dislike if you want your American dream to keep on giving you, while it takes from everybody else at the same time to give you your American dream.. So people have never searched for TRUTH, even when they knew what the truth was on a surface level, but they wanted to be among their groups, their organizations, their friends and family.. They had that mentality as long as its not happening to me, I will just look the other way and ignore it.. So most people have never ever searched for the inconvenient TRUTH in anything in their life, because it was inconvenient to that life of enjoyment, so now you add fear of losing job, fear of losing your social group reinforcement of your friends and of your perceived values and its not going to happen.. I am a veteran of the Vietnam war, and I feel ashamed that me and my friends fought and died for this country on foreign soil, but we cannot get coward doctors and health people to fight for us here at home, by just standing up and maybe losing their jobs and titles and money, they don't even have to risk their lives!!!??????.. So why have we fought in wars for the people who are killing us now.. Never again.. Would never fight for these murderess again and would advise anybody else to not fight anywhere for these criminals who start all the wars in the first place just like now.. Enough wake up and stand up, or stay asleep and fall... I used to have a black jacket when I was overseas, and I had this inscription put on it... " UNITED WE STAND OR DIVIDED WE FALL"
