While this doctor was an big force against regulatory capture and against unsafe medications for decades, I believe (and am pretty sure) he was pro-vaccine. On other hand, Nader himself? Is he still around?
Nader is very active and has been the leading accountability force for many decades with all the agencies that are largely a result of his work. I've seen it over and over again where well-educated people are unable to open their minds to how corrupt the CDC, NIH and FDA are. Fortunately the EPA is much better though Trump tried to greatly weaken it.
