Somehow, the trailer does not set the theme up well. The various shots seem disconnected and it is almost as if the viewer would have to have seen the movie to understand them. I will definitely see the movie but the trailer does nothing for me. It looks like an effort to drum up interest, without having thought it through.
It's not in theaters yet, so, the only audience were those eager to attend private screenings, hence the high score (I agree it's a good intellectual movie, not Hollywood-ish). What would it be once in theaters? There is only one critic's review on Rotten Tomatoes and he didn't like it.
