Yes, there was and as far as I know is a spike in all cause mortality. That spike has commonly been around 10 percent as I recall. However a ten percent spike is not obviously noticed by individuals, as most do not attend even annual funerals as an example.

There has not been a drop in all cause mortality to negative or reduced numbers, which would be expected following a spike.

I do not know of any studies about all cause mortality particular to an area of vaccines that had a very high percentage of adverse events. I could not find out if the :bad batch" was simply an area outside of the big hospitals where adverse events were suppressed or not. Or even if that was part of the reason, which I suspected, as we know there was repression of adverse event reporting in the major hospitals like Kaiser, as an example.
