It's the beginning of the end of pharma's rein of terror. It truly is. Maybe we can save the future generations from their poison. We must never stop trying.
It's much more than disgusting, it's literally criminal; these doctors are practicing wilfull ignorance; they won't *look* (for facts/truth) because they don't want to *see*. It will cost them too much money and possibly/probably get their ABIM cert revoked.
If nothing else, we've all learned how much docs (don't) practice their Hippocratic Oath. With all the money being thrown at them by big pharma, and the pressure put on them by their medical cohorts to "band together," and probably by their liability insurers to not speak up and do the right thing, I can appreciate the challenge they face with their ethics/morality. Regardless, more importantly, they've failed us all miserably--even criminally. I'm looking forward to justice being served.
I guess theyтАЩre more concerned about their big mortgages, fancy cars, education debts, and kidsтАЩ private school tuitions than the very reason they became doctors in the first place - of course, then you have those who can more than pay off everything and live like kings, in which case, theyтАЩre just materialistic, soulless assholes :/

Sure, private companies, like pharmaceutical industry for example, have privately experimented, caused carnage, gotten caught and slapped on the wrist, then promised not to do it again.
But NEVER has a governmental level body publically come out and actively supported experimentation on pregnant women. Not just western governments, but ALL governments.ЁЯди
In a nutshell and with a little more Hollywood dystopia, think "GATTACA", meets "In Time", meets "Minority Reports", meets "Euylessis", meets "V for Vendetta" crossed with elements of "The Hunger Games", "The matrix", "Greenland, "Ready Player One" and "Aeon Flux" had a baby with "Equilibrium". But everyone's picture is slightly different because we interpret same events differently.
It's essentially the same boring story of few with much, want control of those with little, because the few think they are special and cleverer than all the rest, and know better. While the many have been distracted by all the pretty illusions created by the few, to cover the theft of time- the only real currency of value.ЁЯШЙ
But if your looking for one big answer to the "what's going to happen" -i suggest get localised. Know your community, and connect/help them, so when things go sideways, you'll have "currency" community credits built up to use. They cant control everything, but they are going to try and make it seem as though they can.
