Still, I am wondering why we are not hearing about more cases of small blood vessels being blocked, such as those in the retina and elsewhere in the brain. We should be hearing about more instances of dementia effect and similar. What about higher blood pressure readings?

I bet we will soon start to hear. In the past couple of days, I have heard about one acquaintance who is not "herself" (i.e., cognitively.... she was perfectly sharp, and now she is kind of dementia; triple jabbed) and a relative who has trouble breathing, cardiac issues and tinnitus which is puzzling her doctors (triple jabbed). I asked the relative if any of her doctors had done the D-dimer test, and no they had not. These two people had their booster around Thanksgiving and then caught COVID over Christmas. It probably takes time for the issues to develop and then to show up.
