I imagine this document would be of interest to examine, but you'd have to get a utility to convert it from PDF to Word, then you can accept corrections, to see it in a form that is readable.

It's important to know whether the 100000 in that "per 100000" denominator is population wide or within-group. To be fair, if it's the former thing (which admittedly is maybe a weird way for the Ontario govt to choose to report the data), then this data isn't pointing toward negative efficacy or inefficacy, because Ontario is something like 80% vaccinated I believe. If it's the latter thing, then it's certainly suggestive. It does matter in this case which it is. I've been closely watching the makeup of hospitalized and ICU cases by vaccination status in Ontario recently (link below) and it tends to be around 75% vaccinated in hospital, indicating very slight risk reduction in an 80% vaccinated population, but only about 50% vaccinated in ICU, indicating naively a more significant risk reduction of around 75% or a 4-fold relative risk ratio (50/20 * 80/50). I say naively because of course there are many likely confounders - the ICU patients may be disproportionately from a population too frail to withstand vaccination and hence already at high risk, inflating the unvaccinated numbers (though there are a limited number of such people). On the other hand the vaccinated population skews older so the vaccinated numbers could be inflated relative to the unvaccinated numbers on account of the higher baseline risk level in that population compared to the unvaccinated population.

Live on my own with the dogs. Volunteering and contributing to my local community have been a Godsend. In fact I worked at every one of the hospital vaccine clinics from Jan-May 2021. Got two Moderna. Had a bad reaction and now monitor a lesion on my brain and horrific tinnitus. So I knew I couldn't risk the booster. But I also wanted max protection. I had to research myself. NO HELP from CDC OR FDA. They don't advise GP's on what works to kill the virus. But you can't just take a multi vitamin. You need these 4 in the right dose. C/D3/Zinc/Quercetin and B6/B12/Betaine. I compared dozens of doctor recommendations. And found the right one for me. They got a Prescription for Ivermectin from the Telehealth world. I had a game plan when I got sick. Had enough test kits. When I did finally catch omicron I knew exactly what to do. Immediately start Ivermectin. 5 days. Double the supplement for 7 days. That's it. Had a bad cold for 3 days. No big deal. BUT I HAD TIME TO RESEARCH. AND WHEN SOMETHING DIDN'T MAKE SENSE TO ME, I INVESTIGATED. But I have a vaccine injury that no one believes even with scans to prove it. When I did finally catch omicron I knew exactly what to do. Immediately start Ivermectin. 5 days. Double the supplement for 7 days. That's it. Had a bad cold for 3 days. No big deal. BUT I HAD TIME TO RESEARCH. AND WHEN SOMETHING DIDN'T MAKE SENSE TO ME, I INVESTIGATED. But I have a vaccine injury that no one believes even with scans to prove it.
