A young gal working there was in the aisle shelving things, wearing a mask... I said, "Oh, I thought the mandate went off now." She replied, "It did. I choose to wear it." I couldn't believe my ears (yeah, still surprised by the insanity after TWO YEARS of it...). I knew better than to attempt to educated her. So I just said, "Really?" in a tone that I hoped would ring in her ears later, when she went home, took the damn thing off, and after her brain got a bit more oxygenated, she might think about it.... Nah.
For the same reason our high school won’t release their booster rates… it’s not as high as they would like. They are very proud of 93% vax rate but refuse to release booster rate. Our school has 40 unvax students but 95+ COVID cases this year that the school is aware of. Clearly vax students are getting COVID, too. They have no mechanism of accounting for the severity of the infections, however. My unvax kids had delta last summer and omicron this Jan, but neither time had more than slight congestion for 24 hours and a low grade (100 degree) fever for 12 hours. Not sure why I should vax them against that when their vaxxed friends fared much worse when they got sick.

I share your frustration! According to Ed Dowd, the liability protection given to Pharma goes away if there was fraud. So, I guess that would mean you'd have to show they falsified their trials or misrepresented them. From what I've seen though, the safety signals weren't even hidden! They plainly show your chances of dying from all causes is higher with the vaxx. So, maybe they can claim they didn't hide anything and can't be sued. The fault would be with the FDA, CDC, and NIH, for approving/pushing this junk, and I have no idea what recourse we would have there. Seems like government officials never go to jail.

Our district stopped it because students refused to get tested and they are awesome for doing so!
