Understood. I'll bookmark this discussion, and if I see anything more that confirms his decision to repeal this legislation, I'll be sure to add the link in here.

In the meantime, I did find this mention of Kennedy's day #1 plans in an incoming email from Del Bigtree who is now RFK, Jr.'s Director of Communications:

> "By committing to stopping the pharmaceutical industry’s propaganda machine by ending direct-to-consumer marketing on his first day in office, he is signaling to the world that our days of coerced compliance are coming to an end."

This is obviously not the same a repealing the 1986 legislation, but this will be a good first step ~ and, in the meantime, I'll keep an eye out for more details on the 1986 legislation issue . . . . .
