I am ranting but this infuriates me. Again, we have an editor of a medical journal that is not a physician and has worked for big pharma. Never laid hands on a patient. My old boss was chief editor of a leading ob/gyn journal. He worked crazy hours and specialized in high-risk pregnancies. Thats the type of person that should be in charge of medical journals .
