Here in the UK, we currently live in a sort of Twilight Zone world where to even question the jabs is to heinously insult all the brave NHS foot soldiers who work day & night for us.

The NHS is the religion of the UK and so long as the NHS is the public face of continuing Covid jabs - people will take them & quell private doubts (if they have any).

It's like we are all living in Alice's Wonderland.

I've long wondered if the healthcare system in a nation *has to be* a sort of religion. People are allowing healthcare system doctors and other leaders to make life and death decisions for them. Ultimately, the patients have to place immense faith in these systems.

Thank you for stating that clearly.

Let's just say that if one publicly criticises the NHS (largest employer with circa.2 million employees) then one will be cast out socially & never forgiven.

In the US back when Obamacare was being promoted as the solution to all our problems, it was mandatory to criticize greedy health insurance companies. Insurance companies were the root cause of the bad health care system. (By contrast, MDs and hospitals were officially not the cause of evil, but victims.) We were required to criticize insurance companies as the sole origin of the evil.

I think what we have is called "socialized medicine" over there in the US.

The NHS is by no means all bad - I'm referring to pre-Covid era. It's been well known for years that it's policies are insane. The NHS pays "NHS price" on basics at huge % markups. You wonder if kick-backs aren't a factor.

For emergency care, I would say it's been very good overall unless you are elderly and then, they will euthanize you. Euthanasia is illegal in the UK but we all know the NHS will off you if you are old.

Swings & roundabouts! I wouldn't recommend it.
