Sometime, I believe in the late 1980s, I called the FDA from Miami Beach Florida where I lived at the time, to ask why the FDA was working with customs to confiscate importation of drugs or nutrients from other countries that were not banned but we're not approved, and also why they were confiscating approved medication's imported from other countries. I actually got someone in Washington DC who was in charge of the southeast district of the United States (you can't get anyone like that nowadays). I had a fairly long conversation with him, and as far as the unapproved drugs, which they had stated in their policy could be imported for personal use, but were still confiscating, he started in with the FDA can't guarantee their manufacturing quality, etc. When I asked why they also confiscate brand-name drugs, he said, to my amazement, that American manufacturers have sister companies in other countries that sell the drugs cheaper, and the pharmaceutical companies have asked the FDA to stop those from being imported. He basically came out and said that the FDA was working on behalf of the pharmaceutical companies. The FDA is not even the Federal Trade Commission, under whose purview I would think that would fall, if it would fall anywhere.

Hello Steve,

Please parse the FDA / CDC budget into its component parts and assemble it into a questionnaire that the interested citizen can answer in order to provide our government agents detailed direction for their duties and obligations. For bonus points create questions to define pandemic and pandemic response.

Thank you for your efforts and for not giving up. These vile institutions do happen to be made up of actual humans and every effort is liable to bring one to Jesus, as is said.

Steve, thank you for what you do. However, TPTB are just moving forward and want no discussion. What they have done and what they are planning to do, there will be no discussion. The entire medical establishment is going to enrich themselves on mRNA technology and in the process maim, make infertile or kill much of the peoples of the world. How dare you to attempt to throw a wrench into the works--God bless Steve.

Steve... Appreciate your efforts, but the FDA will never ever engage in meaningful dialogue. Period. The only thing they respond to is people who influence their budget.

I have first hand experience in dealing with these bureaucrats (a battle over ophthalmic lasers in the 90s) and they are completely captured by Big Pharma and Med Device companies - and, of course, bend to the will of the budget makers on the Hill (most of the time, but the Corporatists always trump the USG operatives).

One interesting thing that I learned was the fact that FDA regs specify that they can only use "experts" on their advisory panels who are "no-conflict-of-interest". When we discovered that the advisory panel we were dealing with was ALL conflicted, we challenged them on that point and they just said that they were unable to find panel members who were NOT conflicted so they could take whoever they wished (they were in a room full of non-conflicted docs at the time - my group).

And, so it goes...

Well Steve, the FDA, CDC & every other govt agency can simply ignore you. Why? A primary reason is in the facts that I have +/-140 years of various court ruling cites [including 2 different SCOTUS cites] on the fact that there are 2 distinctly different political citizenship classifications that are in effect in this nation. The 1st is what is known as the original state Citizen classification where the govt is under & works for 'We the People". This political status is now known as a United States National [See the federal State Department's Paragraph #2 at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/travel-legal-considerations/us-citizenship/Certificates-Non-Citizen-Nationality.html ] ..... The 2nd political citizenship classification was created by the federal con-gress after the Civil War for the newly freed slaves via the 14th Amendment. This 2nd classification is known as the United States citizen [aka US citizen and/or citizen of the United States]. We ALL enter this US citizen class by contract every time we sign up to vote, get a credit card, mortgage, loan, etc - we are asked IF we are US citizens and what happens? We check "YES". So we have unknowingly relegated our political status to a secondary position where we are considered "franchises' and "property" of the entity that created this classification - namely the US govt [NOTE: This wording is in one of the cites]. Correcting this is not hard. In fact, it's quite easy AFTER learning some in-depth info on this topic so that we can defend our position since nobody likes losing their income producing property [taxes, fees, fines, etc]. Until one's current political status is corrected within the federal SoS's office back to our original status that this nation was founded on, govt bureaucrats and its agents can and will continue to ignore and abuse us. Medicals are unable to understand simple proofs (with exceptions, e.g. mr Mercola), there must be a kind of negative predisposition to this occupation. Having any medical background it should take little time for a medical to understand Covid-19 is a mortality-fiction (unable to give more deaths in a year than the flu on average in 2010-2020). What is this simplest proof which still is too difficult to medicals?: The simplest way of proving Covid-19 is a mortality-fiction is the not increased average number of underlying conditions amongst official "Covid-19 victims". This number must have been strongly increased among alive ones (but not already in a terminal state) and then really killed by the virus against the number in a comparative group of just alive ones with the same age-structure (!), because Covid-19 out of infected ones at every specific age kills very few (of older ones) or extremely few (of younger ones) of them -usually weaker/weakest ones. The CDC knew there had to be a very clear correlation between 'Covid-19 Death Risk Ratio' and a number of underlying conditions, but none increase in the average number was visible (/officially 3 conditions) even with limiting the list of conditions in the comparative group to the conservative CCW list, what was possible only when a share of real Covid-19 deaths in the official number was very very small. If a person has a higher number of CCW-conditions then what matters most to life expectancy is that pure number of conditions; the marginal decline in life expectancy increases with an additional chronic condition, when a number of conditions is low or moderate, but this decline starts with low values -first conditions sum up to a much less effect on life expectancy than the next conditions do. /E.g. normally, still alive ones at age 67 and 75 with a low number (0 - 3) of CCW-conditions would otherwise live, on average, for the next about 22 and 16 years respectively, but with a very high number (14/15 - 30) of conditions they would otherwise live for the next about 5 and 4.5 years only./"

They've got you wired, Steve and I bet everyone there, the CDC, and NIH knows who's calling when your number pops up on caller ID. I'd be surprised if you ever hear back (your number will be erased because of global climate change, or maybe racism, or.... something. But, hope springs eternal. I'm certain if you do have a return call, it will be recorded and have a dozen or so lawyers and FBI agents listening in.
