The case is to annul the election return in the UK of Runcorn and Helsby in which Sara Pochin MP won by six votes. The votes are bundled into 50 vote bundles.

I received exactly 50 (fifty) votes - 9 years apart and completely different demographics. In the General Election 2024 I stood in Chorley, Lancashire. I received 1007 votes. What I need is a statistician that is NOT British and Independent to calculate the odds of possibility for "Elections" i.e they are unusual events in themselves. Unfortunately, owing to the unforeseen exigencies of life (a fairly disastrous upbringing and education, compounded by an ill-advised bad early marriage) my life turned out very far from anything I had planned, with the result that, far from scaling the heights of musical 'stardom', I have instead spent several (largely wasted) decades attempting to get original bands together, followed by several personally (but far from financially) more successful decades spent teaching guitar, privately; all of which came to a grinding halt in 2008 in the wake the first major financial crash, compounded by a temporarily-disabling and demotivating motorcycle accident.
Now 70 (nearly 71) years young, I presently live in a near complete social and professional vacuum, getting by on a reduced UK state pension, which leaves me with none of the financial or practical resources required to bring something like an original musical, however otherwise socially and philosophically relevant, to the kind of fruition commensurate with its otherwise (though I say so myself) excellent lyrical and musical qualities.
By way of approximate comparison, I do not know, if you are (or may be) familiar with the 1969 musical satire, 'Oh What A Lovely War' (the directorial debut of the late 'Sir' Richard Attenborough, derived from the stage musical of the same name, produced in 1963 by Joan Littlewood)? If so, then the piece I am currently developing, for which I have now written most of the intended musical and lyrical content, and am in process of constructing and scripting the intended dramatic components, falls into a broadly similar 'genre'.
Just as with 'Oh What A Lovely War', the timing of the piece is crucial, in that had O.W.A.L.W. been produced in the immediate aftermath of even the second World War (never mind the first, which it essentially lampoons), its writers and producers would very likely have been condemned as malcontents, if not actual 'traitors'. Similarly even if I had had the resources, attempting to produce the show I have conditionally entitled 'The New - The Old - The Borrowed and the Bold' (a working title, which is subject to revision) in the immediate aftermath of the 'Covid' plandemic', would have invited widespread condemnation an 'antivaxxer's conspiracy fantasy.
With the increasingly rapid 'awakening' of the general public, however, to the increasingly obviously manifested realities of what is surely by far the worst (still ongoing) crime against humanity, in all recorded history to date, the optimal time for such a production is, I believe, rapidly approaching.

Steve, We need an expert evidence statement from a statistician for a current court case in the high court of England - Elections Court - I can't think of someone I don't personally know and trust as a statistician than you (apart from Adel 412 on Rumble). I run a political party in England called the English Constitution Party. The British regime hates us (and me).
The case is to annul the election return in the UK of Runcorn and Helsby in which Sara Pochin MP won by six votes. The votes are bundled into 50 vote bundles.
My vote was 50 (fifty) votes exactly at this election on 1st May 2025 - in 2016 I stood in the Tooting by-election when Sadiq Khan stood down as an MP and became Mayor of London. I received exactly 50 (fifty) votes - 9 years apart and completely different demographics. In the General Election 2024 I stood in Chorley, Lancashire. I received 1007 votes. The official returns can be seen on two separate web sites.
What I need is a statistician that is NOT British and Independent to calculate the odds of possibility for "Elections" i.e they are unusual events in themselves. I calculated the odds at 40,000 to one using Grok3 and my own knowledge of mathematics and experience. The case has been submitted and awaiting issue.
The statement confirming the probability needs to have a statement of truth " Statement of Truth I Graham Harry Moore believe that the facts stated in this witness statement are true. I understand that proceedings for contempt of court may be brought against anyone who makes, or causes to be made, a false statement in a document verified by a statement of truth without an without an honest belief in its truth" must be signed and dated. It must have your experience, qualifications to make an expert statement. I say it is impossible because a human being could not live through and stand in 40,000 "elections" its not a horse race event but an election occurring every 5 (five) years or by-elections (random). But the odds of this are so rare as to be impossible, the 50 votes exactly is too obvious in both elections to be deliberate i.e Fraud not mistake.
When the election is annulled, it will create a recount independently of the original area. Hopefully showing that Labour (Democrats) cheated. Their voter base has collapsed and the true result will be shown. Under English common law - we are governed by consent and every voter and candidate has a RIGHT to have his/her vote shown accurately if not this is a state offence against the right to vote in which there is a remedy. The ENGLISH common law constitutional case Ashby v White 1703 (full Judgement). The British did not exist in 1703!
As a political party dedicated to upholding the equitable application of common law and constitutional rights, we are compelled to pursue this case. Many of our supporters, while fully behind this action, fear financial ruin due to the costs involved. These voters possess the fundamental right to vote, have exercised that right, and are entitled to have their votes correctly attributed to their chosen party, regardless of whether it alters the election’s outcome. Their votes must not be misallocated to another party through error or fraud (even if it's Just one vote). The House of Lords’ decision in Ashby v White (1703), with a majority of ten to two, affirmed this principle, establishing that the denial of a qualified voter’s right constitutes a legal wrong deserving remedy. Chief Justice Sir John Holt, whose dissenting opinion in the lower court was upheld by the Lords, declared: “If the plaintiff has a right, he must of necessity have a means to vindicate and maintain it, and a remedy if he is injured in the exercise or enjoyment of it; and indeed it is a vain thing to imagine a right without a remedy: for want of right and want of remedy are reciprocal.” This maxim underscores the inviolability of the right to vote and the judiciary’s role in protecting it.
