Vitrectomy carries some risk of pulling at retina - and thus retinal tears or retinal detachment
To exclude long haulers/vascular inflammation - do an IVM long course
Consult Dr Urso @richardursomd - ophthalmologist and early treatment doctor
My first thought was:
- NAC
- and possibly Nattokinase (just slightly more risky?)
And avoid exercises/exertion that could cause more bleeds while you are dissolving the clots
And I see that someone else has commented here that he used the Wellness Company spike detox - which includes Nattokinase
The reasons I considered those as candidates:
- NAC - breaks disulphide bonds - works to break up biofilms
generally protective for retina - improves Glutathione levels in "local inflammation"
since there is an issue with Glutathione transport - local inflammation cannot benefit from systemic Glutathione high elsewhere in body - has to produce locally using NAC or NAC + glycine (glyNAC) supplements - known to reverse/slowRetinitis Pigmentosa declines - for RP benefit see:
- Nattokinase - as it is known to break up clots - and there is some literature and anecdotal comments I have read during the pandemic of people reporting that old scars on skin went away ie it may help break up such irregularities
>I get a lot of DMs inquiring about nattokinase dosing, brands, benefits, etc. Please check out my new FAQ section here for all your questions on nattokinase, lumbrokinase and serrapeptase!

Here is an example anecdote:

I have taken nattokinase and serrapeptase for more than 8 years at therapeutic doses.
Lung nodule: gone from scan
Arteries: clear
most amazing: External scarring from motorcycle accident, and from horse/barbed wire accident has faded away.
Incredible stuff!

Dr Berg
>Berberine similar to metformin without the bad effects
>cardiac muscle fibrosis - improves - reduces scar tissue
