Surgery is prob your best bet, but gear up so you have time to recover - it's not an easy road. I love DMSO for health issues and I've used it in my eyes for a posterior cataract that I eventually had surgery to fix.. and we know big pharma demonizes DMSO because it works for many issues, but in your case.... I suspect with surgery you will face recovery marked by uncertainty, with possible inflammation, scarring, or lingering vision issues. The road to healing will be long and bumpy due to overall health, emotional stress, and the delicate nature of the surgery, requiring patience, self-care, and possibly additional treatments to ensure a full recovery.
