I've heard this excuse time and again...Dr Berry says EVERY LIVING PERSON has iodine in every cell of their body..no way you can be allergic or you'd be dead. YOU CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT IODINE

I didn't say anyone was allergic to iodine. And I didn't say we don't need iodine in our diet. STOP SCREAMING WITH ALL CAPS. It makes you look hysterical. Excess iodine is involved with gluten skin auto immune response. And yes, it kills you slowly. I DID NOT SAY IODINE WILL KILL YOU. It's the autoimmune flare up that involves iodine. So if you eat a bunch of gluten and you in fact have the gluten skin rash, that is the worst time to take extra iodine. Stop twisting my words around and making assumptions. If you have the gluten auto immune response, you can take iodine, but not the same time you eat gluten. please stop jumping to conclusions and screaming in all capital letters. Also, you're uneducated in the issue. Clearly. Because if you were, you would never recommend eating iodine with gluten. People literally commit suicide from the gluten skin rash, it's that bad.
