I was devastated when my 21 year old son died of a drug overdose in 2011; many young men and sometimes young women too were dying all of a sudden! I held a meeting with all of the local stakeholders, in my city. Chief of Police, Fire Chief, Chairman of the ER, Chairwoman of the local hospital. They knew what was going on with overprescribing but none wanted to say it out loud. One woman, the wife of a brain surgeon said openly, "no one is going to tell them what to do". I took to the local county coroners offices for answers. Woefully inept and antiquated reporting. I was further disappointed to find that our CDC was 2-4 years behind in reporting fatalities of any sort. I called them. I emailed them. I offered to volunteer at one of the local coroners offices, to help them locate the "warehoused" records I was looking to obtain. I also told the CDC I was happy to volunteer my time. They acted as though I didn't exist. They were/are a huge part of the problem! How can you resolve anything with the CDC minding the statistical data gateway? They know!!!

I ask that you use your hard earned recognition to lobby for the confirmation of RFK, Jr. complete with exposure of those non-confirming Senators. There is no doubt both pharma and big agriculture are investing huge sums to keep RFK, Jr. out. Should he get confirmed, your battle becomes much easier.
Absolutely!!! Call your senator to make sure the vote is to confirm RFK. I called every senate office in my state (Texas- John Cornyn) to voice my opinion. We must hold these senators accountable.
I already have contacted both WA Senators. Both are party faithful Lemmings incapable of independent thought. They will vote the party line or they will accept the handsome promised campaign donations from the pharma and big agriculture lobbies; likely both.
