If they are not hopelessly caught up in the "Mass Formation Hypnosis" and realize they are in trouble and need to do something ASAP and definitive, (IF they will listen to you. . . my brother only believes his F'd-up doctors and won't listen to anything from me, even though I am a nurse and know a lot more about medicine than he does!) . . . try suggesting to them to take some important supplements, plus regular doses of IVERMECTIN because it binds to spike proteins and mitigates their ability to inflict damage:
-Nattokinase 2,000 units a day (breaks down spike proteins)
-Alpha lipoic acid (increases stem cells and is a nerve regeneration factor)
-NAC (precursor for glutathione)
-Glycine (also a precursor for glutathione
-PQQ 20 mg/day or more (for nerve regeneration)
-Curcumin
-Berberine
-Quercetin 2 to 3X a day
-High potency B Complex
-Extra B 1 as Benfotiamine
-Extra B3 as niacin and/or niacinamide
-High potency vitamin D 20,000 to 30,000 i.u./day (yes it is safe!)
-Vitamin K2
-Vitamin C "to bowel tolerance" in three or four doses per day (ideally 15,000 mg or more per day: use powder/crystals form). SUPER IMPORTANT!!!
-Magnesium 1,200 mg/day in divided doses of no more than 400 mg — as magnesium glycinate, malate, or chloride (use caution in kidney failure)
-Selenium 600mcg/day
-Zinc 40 mg/day (NOT taken at the same time as magnesium OR Vitamin E)
-Copper 5 to 10 milligrams/day (yes this is a safe amount!)
-Iodine, in milligram doses (12 to 50 mg or so, use caution with thyroid autoimmune disease)
-Some vitamin A (as retinol not beta carotene, but some of that can be taken as well)
‐Vitamin E as tocotrienols AND mixed tocopherols
-Omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil
‐Coconut oil or MCT oil (medium chain triglycerides — increase dosage gradually to maybe 3 tablespoons/day) taken with/in food. Supplies readily utilized energy for the mitochondria.
-NO CALCIUM SUPPLEMENTS!!!! (Unless pregnant or lactating or a growing child.) Avoid a lot of dairy. Calcium is complicit in EVERY disease process!!!! Including excitotoxic nerve and brain cell death.
Also, doing a three to five day water fast puts the body into Autophagy and helps clear out damaged cells and cellular components, plus stimulates stem cells and tissue regeneration. AND it acts as a "reset" for the immune system. Anyone "vaccine" injured should consider doing a fast maybe four times per year.
ABSOLUTELY ELIMINATE ALL OMEGA-6 "VEGETABLE" SEED OILS such as soybean oil, canola oil, corn oil, cottonseed oil, etc. =NO soybean mayonnaise or salad dressings! No commercial chips, french fries, deep fried foods, etc.! These oils are metabolic poisons.
Coconut oil, olive oil, almond oil, and avocado oils are okay. NEVER use margaringe or Crisco or anything with trans fats!
Avoid sugar, especially high fructose corn syrup.
