I'm sure you are aware of the new nefarious thing that is going on in psychiatry and psychology- to label those that refuse covid vaccinations as "mentally ill" and either forcefully medicate them or place them in psychiatric hospitals. I do not think this has happened yet in the United States but it has happened in Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
