They have to take down articles and videos that no one would ever see again anyway. Not much of a win it seems.

Congratulations on the Ivermectin case....HOWEVER, isn't everyone missing something. If Ivermectin is an effective treatment for Covid19, then the Emergency Use Authorization for the mRNA gene therapy shots is fraudulent. The whole justification for these ineffective and dangerous jabs falls apart. They are no longer legal medications and must be taken off the market until they go through the normal regulatory process. This is the crack in the edifice of lies that could, if legally pursued, result in accountability and punishment for Fauci and his gang. It should also open a legal pathway for those injured by these shots to sue the Government and big Pharma. What's needed now is a massive class action suit staffed by the nastiest more ruthless lawyers in the business.

Next up: the Boards of licensing.

Sue the individuals who stepped outside of the Board charter and took it upon themselves to abuse and persecute physicians for regular and legal practice.

It's a somewhat hollow victory while the FDA still refuses to endorse Ivermectin for treatment. Still, great to see some egg on face.

No. The Boards cannot press the issue, nor can pharmacies refuse to honor prescriptions, because their vaunted FDA shield has been removed.

Pfizer and cabal have already made their $billions; this is too little too late. Besides, will this judgment stop the FDA/CDC and medical boards from blocking doctors from prescribing IVM?!

Dispense with the FDA...it is taxpayer supported and is not working in the best interest of Americans. There has been no oversight of this bureau. Many know for fact, it has taken money to pass products that should never have been marketed; and has caused injuries and deaths to untold millions of people. Perhaps, if those running ithe FDA were put on trial, penalized and lost their assets...it might be restructured to be an honest organization!

Pfizer acquired Wyeth for $68 billion in 2009 as part of its plan to become the dominant player in Jabbing. What is the connection to Ivermectin?

Three fucking years too late!

My prayers to those denied Ivermectin in their time of need. And to those that loved them...

I have been to independent pharmacies, and they tell me that they are still unable to get ivermectin, even in Tennessee where the law has made it an over the counter medication, hence not needing a prescription.

Data and research shows that ivermectin and hydroxychloroquin worked to minimize the effect of SARS COV-2 .The main reason why it was said to not work is because the false pandemic could not have been called if there were other methods to treat the problem / flu / .Namely the WHO could

not have called SARS COV-2 a pandemic and of course the injections were on their way and also $$$.

Billions in returns . They lied ,most were fooled, many died or were maimed .

Steve, the conclusion of the case literally does not constitute a legal precedent. This is precisely because the case was settled.

Settlements are agreements between parties to resolve a dispute without a court judgment, while precedents are established through court decisions.

As a Medical Freedom Movement we are exactly where we were. The FDA's PR person made a statement that the FDA has not changed their position on ivermectin at all.

The FDA has not admitted any wrongdoing. They can, and will, do the same thing again with another drug when they feel like it. They relented on Ivermectin probably because it is no longer important to their current agenda.

idkfa, I agree about a legal precedent but pharmacies were pretending to follow the law when blocking Ivermectin. Dr. Bowden said this morning that a Walgreens filled her Ivermectin prescription for the first time.

It seems like it's now more difficult for FDA and medical boards to pretend which is some kind of victory.

Oh, absolutely. It is great that it happened and has already started producing positive ripple effects. Making a federal agency back off, especially in the public space is a remarkable feat! In addition, this was their most viewed tweet of all time!

I am just cautioning against the specific language Steve used in this article. Unfortunately, I see the outcome of this case has been misunderstood by many.

I wonder if the FDA and individuals at the FDA could be sued under "42 U.S. Code § 1983 - Civil action for deprivation of rights" because their illegal actions caused damage to patients whose doctors or hospital obeyed the FDA? I am not an attorney, but remember seeing a civil case in federal court where an employee of a city was fired for making public statements critical of the operation of the city. He sued the City and City Councilman for damages and won a $20,000 judgement, plus the Councilman had to pay not only his own legal bill but $100,000 for the employee's attorney. Seems to me, a lot of people died or suffered damage because of the interference of the FDA in the right of people to accept or refuse legal medical treatment under the care of their licensed doctor.

No, Boards practiced medicine by issuing default, unsolicited “second and overriding opinions”.

They stepped outside of their charter and made physicians cower in fear of reprisal in a time when law was out the window.

Now that law is coming back—or at least the FDA must remain mute on ivermectin—the Board members are now ripe for liability torts.

Unlikely. This case was settled and the FDA admitted no wrongdoing whatsoever, hence we're back to square one.

This is a huge win! Good work doctors! Unfortunately the damage has been done and this will be silently swept under the rug by the FDA as they bamboozled so many with “you’re not a horse, stop it ya’ll” campaign. Shame on them…
