Best deal now is 4-pack for $31.99. Supply and demand I suppose. No problem with that.

I’ve been using it for a year now every time I get a cold. It works!

Steve, I just heard again you using Iodine in your Xlear. How much Iodine drops per bottle? This would be helpful. Sorry if I missed it.

I somehow heard of this back in March or April 2020 and bought several bottles way back then.

Grapefruit extract can be used to kill Lyme. Be very careful taking it. It can make someone with Lyme have extreme herx reaction that is very severe.

Please note that xylitol is deadly to dogs so keep it well out of their reach. In case your dog ingests it, they need to be taken to an emergency vet immediately for intravenous dextrose. I haven't watched the video yet so maybe this was covered, but I didn't see it in the article.

That said, Xlear is a great product. I first started using it on the recommendation of my doctor to clear MARCoNS in my sinus. Salt water doesn't do that.

Should I only use the product if I have symptoms of congestion or cold? I think it’s designed to use daily.

Sounds good, but nebulized hydrogen peroxide is cheaper and almost 100% effective in killing the covid virus. Read Dr Thomas Levy's free ebook and article, and believe what they say https://rvr.medfoxpub.com/ https://orthomolecular.activehosted.com/index.php?action=social&chash=a597e50502f5ff68e3e25b9114205d4a.198&s=77f52ed726743110a305ac91e563254c

And here's a more recent study from Africa in which proactive gargling and nasal swabbing with 1% or less peroxide was 100% effective in preventing covid https://orthomolecular.activehosted.com/index.php?action=social&chash=cb70ab375662576bd1ac5aaf16b3fca4.242&s=26ceee547e668d17aa4e594f4f0758ef .

Can you get cheap nebulizers? It seemed I couldn't get one without a prescription. How about adding drops to a sleep apnea machine? Hmm.

GRAPEFRUIT SEED EXTRACT (GSE)

& INTERACTIONS WITH MEDICATIONS

Grapefruit seed extract, also known as P-50 Liquid by our supplier (Chemie) is used as a preservative in the following Xlear products:

- Xlear Nasal Spray

- Xlear Max Sinus Spray

- Moisturizing Mouth Spray

- Kid’s Tooth Gels (Original, Strawberry Banana, & Bubblegum)

There have been some inquiries as to whether or not it is safe for customers who are taking statins, blood pressure medication, and other medication to use our products that contain GSE.

Furanocoumarins are the chemicals found in grapefruits that are known to have adverse reactions with a variety of medications. There is widespread research on the effects of furanocoumarins in grapefruit juice, but little is known about the products made from other parts of the grapefruit. Chemie’s P-50 GSE is made from the seeds and pulp of grapefruits. Chemie had an outside lab conduct a study and the results showed that the P-50 GSE contained very low levels of furanocoumarins ranging from 62-345 ppb, whereas raw grapefruit juice contained 45,000-89,000 ppb and pulp (flesh) contained 89,100-139,100 ppb.

We do not have any information that indicates at what levels furanocoumarins can cause interactions with medications. We have not conducted any of our own clinical trials to investigate the interactions that may occur with our GSE containing products because the number of scenarios that would have to be replicated would be too involved due to the ever increasing number of medications on the market. Due to this lack of information we recommend that customers consult their physician prior to using any of the above products that contain GSE.

I would love to try Xlear, but I question the Grapefruit seed extract. I am on Calquence, a drug to treat CLL. I cannot take anything that is a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor. Grapefruit is a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor and is even listed as a warning on the drug label. Grapefruit is also listed as having over 100 other drug interactions. Is there enough Grapefruit seed extract in Xlear to interact with my medication? Sincerely, Charles Furey

I love the Xlear nose spray! I have been using it for about 4 years and it prevents sinus congestion from pollens & pollutants! I now use it as a preventative against viruses as well along with Listerine mouthwash when I have been out in public. I’m happy to see you promoting them Mr. Steve Kirsch!
