You shouldn't get any vaccine unless you can verify there is a positive risk-benefit analysis that has been done that is compelling. That means you should ignore what the CDC says about the flu vax.

What’s the chances of actually hitting the Influenza A and B correct antigen sub types really 10 months later in December. That would be NOT EVEN CLOSE. Influenza shots are a lie and charade.
If all the other negative efficacy doesn’t bother you, why in the world give the Flu vax in May in the Northern hemisphere? I think they are aiming for administering this useless vaccine twice a year!
Concerning flu. I use elderberry, 15,000 IU D3, quercetin, C, zinc. Caught flu maybe a decade ago, wife was hallucinating, she refused elderberry. I was feeling fluey, took it and was cured.
Most of us now trust nothing, put out by big Pharma. The Trust is well gone. Many Folk I know have always had the Flu, in spite of getting the Vaxx. For myself, never had the Flu Vaxx, very rarely got the Flu !! There is a Human thing called Natural Immunity which, if you haven't been rentlessly Inoculated, you probably still have most of it. That's what biology gave us for protection from 'Bugs'.
I have been an RN since 1984. Early on I observed people I worked with that took the flu vaccine were always calling in sick. I took it once and felt like crap and said never again. Also, when my step-mother was alive she and my father would get the flu vaccine very year and over the winter they were always sick. She has since passed on and my father no longer takes any vaccines. He is 87 years young , independent and healthy.
If people would do a little research on how the immune system worked, they would understand that injecting toxic substances into the bloodstream would not create immunity. Years ago, vaccine manfacturers claimed that vaccines would create a greater immune system response, because of the aluminum and mercury that were in these vaccines. Aluminum and mercury are POISON! When I read the list of substances and viruses that were put in vaccines...it was apparent that they created mental and physical problems; they DID NOT PREVENT THEM. Aluminum and mercury cause brain damage (and more)...and would trigger off the immune system to clean them out of the bloodstream. What kind of medical experts would accept the hogwash that these vaccine manufacturers claimed? The only way to create immunity and better health are through diet and lifestyle. Hippocrates taught this 2600 years ago. He cured his patients...and medical researchers in this age have spent trillions trying to find answers without success.
Back in the mid 90s when flu vaccines were becoming the "in" thing, I was visiting some friends who were marathon runners, in very good health. One day they said they were going to get a flu shot & asked if I wanted to get one. I said "no" because I knew nothing about them. They came home & a few hours later they were feeling really sick! At that time, as I have now, my immune system was/is very strong. I hadn't had a cold or flu in 30 years. I thought "why get a shot, to get sick when you are already healthy & don't get sick!" That flu shot obviously compromised their very healthy immune systems!

I am a physician and got my last flu shot in 1993. A colleague got Guillan-Barre shortly after his flu shot. Not a good situation for an orthopedic spine surgeon. He is at about 80% residual muscle strength. Got the shingles vaccine in 2015 and guess what; got shingles over my eye a couple of months later. Am I just stupid or a slow learner. Don't even get me going about newborn babies getting the hepatitis B vaccine at the time of birth. Are they destined to become needle sharing drug addicts before they go to pre-school? Lot's of money to be made with vaccines. Open your eyes!
Once upon a time, it was advertised that between 35,000 and 50,000 per year died of the Flu. Then H1N1 hit. Hospitals were on the edge of not being able to help people (all the vents were taken, if someone needed a vent, a hard decision would have to be made). A hard tally of the deaths was kept.... We got to the end of the season and the total deaths was.... 8,000
What? I thought flu killed 35000 per year. Here we are in a truly deadly year and the number is 8k? Anyone a little suspicious? I was. Hand waving happened. Magic happened and that number magically increased later.
One of the reasons we had tallies being kept the way we saw this last three years? They learned their lesson. COUNT everything.
