I should add to this answer that this is a private membership association (PMA) that both patients and physicians must join before working together, with community standards that will greatly reduce "defensive medicine," and over-prescribing. It also creates a legal barrier between this community and those who would destroy traditional medicine. Cash only, no insurance of any kind accepted. Not for everyone. But then, only "single payor" is "for everyone." And is THAT for ANYONE?!? "You can take the blue pill, or the red pill". (Watch "The Matrix" if that is an obscure reference.)
