There isn't a doubt in my mind that 1) you will be vilified by many, and 2) that you will save--or improve--the lives of many. Unfortunately, you will only be likely to hear from among the former group. Those in the latter group likely will be forever unaware, or at least unsure.

Some of the recent court decisions regarding these mandates has restored some of my faith in our legal system. Ultimately the US Supreme Court will be deciding most of these challenges. I hope you prevail.
