The "Layered Defense" Model: Lessons from the Cruise Industry

While land-based buildings are still catching up, the cruise industry has moved toward a "layered defense" that replaces stationary air with a three-pronged mechanical and active attack:

Mechanical Filtration: Upgrading to MERV-13 or HEPA filters as a baseline to physically trap viral aerosols.

Internal UV-C Scrubbing: Installing UVC lamps inside HVAC air handlers to neutralize pathogens before air is recirculated.

Active Air Ionization: Using bipolar ionization to release charged ions into the room; these "seek and destroy" viruses by clumping them together, making them too heavy to stay airborne and easier for filters to catch.

The Best Path Forward: To truly make a building "pandemic-proof," we should move beyond just cleaning the air inside the vents and focus on the "breathing zone." The most effective suggestion is the wide-scale adoption of Far-UVC (222nm) lighting. Unlike traditional UV, Far-UVC is safe for human eyes and skin, allowing it to stay on while people are present. By treating Far-UVC like standard emergency lighting in every classroom and theater, we can actively destroy viral particles mid-air, providing a level of safety that ventilation alone simply cannot reach.

“They” aren’t interested in cost effective solutions. Only “we the people” are.

“They” stand to profit off of “plandemics” which is why the viruses are developed in the first place.

We the people need to rise up and put an end to gain of function “research”!

The government is the problem, NOT the solution.

What you propose is like putting a bandaid on a gunshot wound.

I agree what you’re saying does work. But why not cut the head off the snake instead of just chopping bits of tail off…

But at the same time, I absolutely agree that this is a good mitigation of the spread of viruses. Sneeze guards are a joke, standing 6’ apart is a joke and masks are a joke as well.

Outdoors is the safest place to be and sunlight is the best disinfectant!

There was no pandemic. Only a scamdemic. Or a plandemic, but never a pandemic.

Wow, this is amazing. Can you call Bobby and tell him to talk to Trump? Maybe that would help. Trump, love him or hate him, he gets things done.

Mr. Kirsch continues his quixotic, predictably impossible task of trying to reform the system from within the system. It's an old story, and only in feelzgood movies does it ever work. Of course there are other movies from which the astute can learn, such as Operation Petticoat, 1959...

Lieutenant JG Nicholas "Nick" Holden: “Sir, excuse me for interrupting. Have you ever been to Las Vegas? Well the boys up there would say you're trying to make your point the hard way. I mean putting in requisitions, going through channels. You've got to sneak up a few back alleys. What you need sir, is a Supply Officer who can help you find those back alleys.”

Lieutenant Commander Matthew T. "Matt" Sherman (after a few moments of thought): “Mr. Holden, I may regret this, but you've just been made my Supply Officer.”

And if you still haven't learned, at least you can be entertained.

Thank you Steve for this post! Fresh air and ventilation is AWESOME! Much Appreciated!

According to smells from nearby passengers, not all airlines have the same standards for air quality.

Use a data set to prove there is no such thing as a pandemic. Numbers, Steve, numbers. The answer is there.

Steve, I sure hope and pray someone in the government listens to you. Thank you for your great work

When was the last real pandemic? Haven't all the 'pandemics' just been vehicles to market vaccines, to create illness for the medical establishment to prey on?

Great points, thank you!

Yes!!! Excellent ventilation will minimize the "shedding" phenomenon....This is so important.

Thanks for your work. Since Dr. Mike Yeadon has reported that numerous studies confirm the that most common ailments caused by microbes are NOT CONTAGIOUS...then what options are left? Graphene ...was the "needle in the haystack".....it is not traceable through any kind of magnetic test because it is NOT METAL. It is microscopic in size and has been studied extensively. This was the covid "weapon of mass destruction"...graphene hydroxide in the "vaccines"...

We had a fake disease outbreak in which fewer people died than before it happened followed by "hockey stick" type increases in deaths everywhere people were "vaccinated"....

These "vaccine" manufacturers need do encounter the NUREMBERG SOLUTION...involving a wooden platform and a rope....

Kathleen Nathan's avatar

This horrible "graphene razor needle" was smuggled into our bodies in the form of a "vaccine" which probably was graphene covered with a nanolipid coating that allowed it to pass unchallenged into the blood and then into every organ of the body...

For years, many schools have been built with windows that do not open. That practice needs to change. Newer schools also tend to have few room windows.

ALL we need is to RESTORE the PROPER DEFINITTION of "pandemic".

The plandemic was only possible because of the WHO changing the definition of the word in 2009 to remove any reference to "deadly" and make it so they can now declare a new strain of athlete's foot that crosses a single border a terrifying new pandemic.

This article, I'm sorry, is USELESS NONSENSE, and it really sounds like you buying into the whole fantasy land of WHO-world, which I trust can't be the case.

i disagree obviously. And the data supports the article. If you have data showing the data in the article is wrong, please show it.

‘Love it.

Let’s seal Steve Kirsch in a box with windows that don’t open - full of toxic building materials and furnishings -

And then let’s ask him what he thinks the problem is - And then, while he is in the box - I kid you not, he’ll think that he has a solution. I’m serious. (This dude couldn’t build a popsicle picture frame - and he weighs in on ASHRAE.

What a complete fucking joke people.

It’s the same game - regardless of the topic - that the world has been playing on him for at least the last five years.

your name is appropriate.

Steve...Thank you for your work. It has been a tremendous boon to humanity.

Was the pandemic caused by

a. A new virus that has evolved to evade the human immune system

b. Spike protein covered with nanolipid technology enabling it to evade immune reaction.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts on this. Kathy Nathan
