Thus, Persons B and C may obtain vaccination and acquire immunity and have their desires met--the state has no interest. If vaccines are fallible, then, QED, Person A has no obligation to subject himself to a failing procedure with non-zero risk for the alleged benefit of Persons B and C, for it fails to benefit B and C. This immediately reduces to circular logic.
If vaccines do indeed work, 100%, then Persons B and C have their solution at hand with no dependence upon Person A.
If Persons B and C cannot obtain vaccinations for sundry reasons (what, risky??; immunocompromised?), then they rely upon Person A to acquire immunity as their benefactor along with every other Person X, Y, and Z, ad infinitum, to squelch harbor of disease within the entire community. This makes the entire population subservient to Persons B and C. Were the State to make A subservient to B and C at B/C's request, then conversely, the State must make B and C subservient to A at A's request. Circularity. Equal protection. QED.
Finally, given that sequestration is the order of the day for ninnyish state actors, believing that quarantine (isolation, "stay at home") is effective, it must be understood that quarantine is the act of not circulating in the community. If Person A, non-vaccinated, must be confined to home to protect B and C, then to the degree that quarantine is effective, it makes no difference who is home and who is about so long as the two never meet. Thus, it is equally--nay, more so--effective that Persons B and C quarantine instead of A, for then B and C would never also encounter X, Y, and Z. Thus, Person A is perfectly justified in being non-vaccinated and also circulating in the community, for the solution is for B and C to quarantine.
Under no circumstance can a citizen be forced to take a medical intervention as a means of allegedly protecting others; it is a Constitutional affront.
