Tonight on VSRF Live, Dr. Aaron Kheriaty, one of the beacons in American higher education and a valiant leader of the Defeat the Mandates movement, will be giving us an update on the seminal Missouri v Biden case. In this case, a 5th circuit judge issued an unprecedented injunction against the Biden Administration from contacting social media companies. The injunction is stayed, pending a pro-forma review by the 5th circuit court of appeals. We are really going to dig in and Professor Kheriaty will walk us through how he and other experts were systematically and unconstitutionally censored by the Biden administration.
Dr. Kheriaty, a psychiatrist and author, holds multiple prestigious positions in bioethics and public policy centers. He is an expert in various fields, including politics, philosophy, religion, and culture, and his work has been widely published. He is actively engaged in bioethics-related discussions at both the state and national levels, making significant contributions during the pandemic.

Can organizations be sued for violating the Nuremberg Code by coercing people to take an experimental medical treatment by firing them from their jobs or excluding them from education or institutional access? They should have at worst accommodated the unvaccinated by providing them with a separate workspace and telling them their decision to refrain from a product with no long-term safety and effectiveness testing would not reflect on them negatively in any way.
