I am going to suggest the following as a way to survive all of this. God has 72 Names. One of the Names means "Letting Go". I am trying to both Pray and to Let Go. The Cabal controls NOTHING. They just think they do. None of us control anything. We make efforts in positive directions and ask God for protection and assistance. If you follow this approach, you remove the burden of "Outcome". The Outcome is up to God.
