While listening to this interview, it seems clear that his current goal is to keep Bobby Kennedy from becoming a viable presidential candidate. Bobby Kennedy threatens the captured regulatory agencies and their funding and since Malone is linked to government funding, perhaps this is his motivation. The “bless your heart” comment was a classic psychological response. Very impressive.
I don’t know if Bobby Kennedy is the answer but I can tell he is the one they are trying to keep out of the White House.

I am suspicious about Dr. Malone. He tried a defamation case against Dr. Jane Ruby.
It was the other way around.
Dr. Malone was suing Dr Ruby for defamation.
