Could you please provide a link to the video of the meeting that took place (I’m guessing about vaccine injured) in the opening clips of the beginning of this episode, I see CHD banner but I couldn’t find it on their site.

Thank you Steve! Appreciate all your hard work in this fight!

Dr. Marik is one of the few that shows sadness and gravitas in these segments. We should be weeping for all the injured and lost souls who don't resist or question the corrupt agencies.

NPR today interviewed an NIHAID head lamenting that Africans are not getting all the shots they need, still at low % numbers. The segment went along with their typical talking points about underfunding and how the pandemic affected the economic wellbeing of needy people severely. Not a whisper about vaccine injuries or treatment options. If a script reader broke away from the CDC/NIH etc. storyline there would be severe repercussions.

Steve, given the nursing shortage in the US and Canada, have you considered doing a survey of how many nurses had to quit because they refused the jab?

I just learned of a friend of a friend dying in his sleep at age 58 with no known cause. Seems to be a more and more common thing. Hmmm...

Sadly, I think this will happen more and more in the months and years ahead. I am dreading the outcomes for family and friends who took the experimental jabs.

Here’s a science journalist wanting to speak to vaccine injured people. Call her bluff please.

On Twitter- Mandi Smallhorne @rainbowinsid

“I'm a science journalist. I've asked dozens of people claiming they know of vax injuries/deaths to put me in touch with victims, because it wd be a HUGE story. Zip. Niks. Nada. Nothing shuts them up as fast.”

I meant no blanket permissions. And only sign paper.

Thank you for supplying evidence that a bulldozer removed the standing Georgia Guidestones. These news sources claim somebody had the Georgia Guidestones under paid electronic surveillance with video recordings. Much of the information reported is missing its sources, I notice. If this wasn't a false flag, why would they destroy the crime scene within, it seems, like 24 hours, instead of enacting the standard to put "do not enter" investigator's tape around it. This isn't being handled by the rules to protect the investigation site. It echoes apparent incompetence. Since nobody can be that incompetent, it reminds me of the 9-11 WTC rubble-filled crime scene also being removed as fast as possible with all the metal beams shipped to China for recycling before anybody took samples to check for nanite residues. A true crime site operates by the rules. Something isn't legit about how this is being portrayed.

I'm so angry right now I can barely speak. This probably isn't the right place to post this, but I'm going to do it anyway.

My mother is 100 years old. She's not interested in fancy medicine, and certainly not in vaxxes of any kind. She's still independent, and she wants palliative care only. Her primary care doc (who we like) is with UCSD - that's University of CA at San Diego Health. She has her annual appointment next week, and today I received notification from "Lou Ann" with the system that we needed to fill out early check-in. About halfway through this process we were presented with an authorization form. The 2nd paragraph states this (in part). It's what has me boiling:

?MEDICAL CONSENT: I consent to medical treatments or procedures, X-ray examinations, drawing blood for tests, medications, injections, taking of medical photographs, videotaping, laboratory procedures, and hospital services rendered to me under the general and special instructions of the physicians or other health care professionals assisting in my care. "

So, they are saying they want pre-consent to do whatever they want medically -- ignoring her preferences, her healthcare directive, and me (I'm her healthcare POA). I wrote them back and said NO WAY we signing that. I guess I'm expecting her doctor will be dumping us because UCSD will probably demand it.

<primal scream here>.

Well...thanks for "listening", all.

UCSD - University of California San Diego Health doctors are also my medical provider. Thanks for that information. For thirty-five years I called on doctors offices and twice doctors have actually kept me alive as an outpatient. I'll be a little slow to return the form though, because times have changed and I've been warned. I'll need to stock up on my only Rx. Balancing act.

I wrote them back and had a long conversation with Lou Ann, who interestingly claimed she'd never seen that document before. She seemed to think the 'system' added it. After much discussion where I used words like 'patient rights' and 'fiduciary responsibility' and 'informed consent' we agreed that I will not sign this form at all, even a revised version. Instead, she'll float this up to her manager and for next week's appointment I will only be required to provide updated health info. She'll get back to me after she has that conversation. The form is delivered via their online portal, so I'd definitely advise pushing back on that if you get the same form.

Bravo to YOU for being a brave and diligent advocate on behalf of your mother.

Our local hospital tried to get me to sign that very same consent form years ago when I was there for a scan. The intake folks were shocked I actually took the time read it and even more baffled that I refused to sign it. I told them if they don’t want my business then I’d go elsewhere. The ultrasound technician overheard this tense escalating conversation and said “come on back, she doesn’t need to sign the form.” Apparently you can just say NO and it’s much safer to do so. 🥰

You may also wish to add a statement at the bottom. "Nothing in this (whatever it is labeled) shall be construed to remove any of my rights to complete informed consent and of my right to choose, modify, or reject any recommendation offered."

This potentially leaves you open to delaying timely treatment in the case of something like a sudden heart attack or stroke, but when you have power of attorney that involves another patient, timely permission will occur.

An attorney may be able to provide boilerplate for you to attach to the hospital's physical forms, but always indicate on the hospital form a specific description of any such attachments, preferably above the signature line.

Expand full comment

It is better not to sign. Period. Digital forms do not allow for special instructions at the bottom. I think it would be too easy for the hospital to say, "Whoops. Our bad."

Expand full comment

Will you be seen if you don't sign anything? The super problem is surgery if you are knocked out and you can't make your choices at that point.

Expand full comment

Cross it out if you want. Do not sign electronic boilerplate ever.

Always ask to see hard copy and request to sign a physical hard copy that cannot later be changed electronically. This is not different than changes occurring in the electronic voting machines that alter what voters approved after-the-fact.

They will supply you with physical paper they print out when you ask. They can't dump you for not signing that illegal request for you to forgo your rights to complete medical informed consent for each and every choice you will make.

Always only sign physical papers. Always read them first. You could put an editing carot ^ before the word consent and insert the words anywhere they fit on the page in handwriting after the word I: "reserve my right to complete informed medical consent before I". Draw a circle around it and connect it with the top of editing insert carot ^. Add at the end of the sentence, that "I consent to being seen, interviewed, examined in order to obtain general and special recommendations of physicians or other health care professionals assisting in helping me make the best informed choices for medical treatments, procedures, x-ray exams, blood draws, meds, injections, lab procedures, and any visual recordings."

I'm not a lawyer. These are suggestions. A lawyer may advise you with specificity to the case.

This is a contract. As a free American with rights you have the right to make this contract correspond to the protection of the laws you enjoy, without removing your rights, which occurs only when you are entrapped in a coercive way to sign it under misleading circumstances where you erroneously think you do not have other options.

If they refuse to treat you, ask for a copy of "patient rights" and for the application to file a complaint against their violations of your specific patient rights. I highly doubt it will go that far, but San Diego seems to have one of the worst reputations for violations of rights in California.

When you ask for Patients Rights, their knees will shake.

I imagine that once that medical consent is signed, they can ignore the POA and do whatever they want. Better to sign the tailored form for each treatment, as needed and agreed by you/your mother.
