Period. Study participants and scientists also have legal standing to sue for fraud and malfeasance if the published results seem dishonest. A replication of the study by a neutral party or two oppositely biased parties at the expense of the original study’s funders will be the arbitrator of truth.

If risk of exposure is very small we don't need the vaccines period. Everybody who wants to be protected from everything and have more chronically sick child could do it.
