STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SURVEY. It has little to do with Covid vaccine experience and everything to do with harvesting your most personal medical information (especially psychological information) and connecting it in a profile with your name, birth date, phone number, email, location. This survey is sick and is full of red flags as others in the comments have noted. Once you begin the survey and see the nature of the questions it asks you are unable to cancel or withdraw your response, and the results are submitted automatically at the last page without you pressing a button for confirm your consent and submit your responses to them. STAY FAR , FAR AWAY.

MSU Professor Mark Skidmore has attempted an honest survey:

How Many People Died from the Covid-19 Inoculations?

https://mark-skidmore.com/2022/02/15/how-many-people-died-from-the-covid-19-inoculations/

Skimore is the Prof. of Govt who disbelieved Catherine Austin Fitts when she said there were trillions of dollars missing from the federal budget. So with a team of graduate students, they downloaded the files and investigated. And found it was even worse that Fitts suspected.

He would be a GREAT interview for Steve!! They could talk not only about the vaccine injuries but also the theft of citizens' cash by their governments, and they myriad ways it's being done.

Before beginning any study, I prefer to read the questions in order to make a decision to participate or not. I have found through experience that often the questions skipped inform the researcher as much as the questions answered.

I finished this long survey but very little was about the vaccine injury if any.

I didn't finish the survey because it started asking very personal questions that weren't at all related the the pandemic or vaccines.

Steve, please see my most recent substack article. CDC, FDA, etc are blatantly lying about vaccine safety. https://robdelisa.substack.com/p/the-cdc-and-fdas-blatant-lies-about?s=w

Rob, ...and they ALL knew before the aka "CV" was ever released... and I think if anyone really believes it was an accident, you are terribly naïve. Pay attention to the dates.

They KNEW way ahead of time what this bio-weapon was going to do. Here is that proof. Public discussion and documents reveal that the FDA knew in Oct 2020, that rushed-to-market COVID-19 'jabs' may cause a wide range of life-threatening side effects, including death. (slide 17)

PDF doc. https://www.fda.gov/media/143557/download

A US Food & Drug Administration advisory committee meeting titled, “Vaccines and Related Biological Products,” presented online on October 22, 2020, included a 27 slide PowerPoint presentation by Steve Anderson, Ph.D., MPP Director, Office of Biostatistics & Epidemiology, Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER). Slide 17 of his presentation included a “DRAFT Working list of possible adverse event outcomes” associated with the imminent rollout of aka (COVID-19 vaccines) subject to FDA safety surveillance, showing that death, as well as 21 other conditions (most of which are life-threatening), are listed as possible adverse outcomes of the aka (COVID-19 vaccines).

The implications of this presentation are highly concerning. FDA staff were aware of the possibly lethal side effects of the aka (COVID-19 vaccines) and prepared in advance to be on the lookout for such adverse outcomes through “post-marketing surveillance.” This approach violates the precautionary principle, which requires that a medical intervention be proven safe before being released onto the market. If it is known that the product may cause harm, and especially death, in advance, and still be released without the public being fully informed of these risks, this constitutes an egregious violation of the medical ethical principles established through the Nuremberg code to prevent human rights violations.

I completed the survey, and I don't like it. When it asked about my stress level, it didn't distinguish between stressed caused by the disease itself and stress caused by government mandates of mitigation measures. How can the results be meaningful if there is no distinction?

Respectfully Jo,

"and I don't like it"

Then why in the world would you complete it? I don't understand that logic.

I would like to complete the survey, but first, for the sake of transparency, I would like to know the funding source(s) for this research.

Laurie, isn't it strange how they will not disclose who is funding it...

Did anyone notice who was on that board? The AG! Vivek Murthy (sp?)!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I couldn't get away from that site fast enough! The man that wants people to rat out their friends on the board of a questionnaire that, per others here, goes WAY too much into mental health and not so much into what they're allegedly wanting to know about the vaxx? Why? So he can find out the mental health of people that haven't taken the vaxx, to have them hunted down and committed?! So they can track your IP? NO, THANK-YOU! --- If anything has made me leery of everything, it's been the hatred of the unvaxxed and sceptics of the vaxx. Nope, nope, nope.

Well, Patriot Steve, I bet you thought people who subscribe to and read your great research, would be happy to help you when asked.

The comments below are outlandish. The comments here remind me of what those in the opposing camp say about us in their postings.

Patriot Steve, I hope you understand the middle ground no longer exists. The great Professor must be dismayed by unfounded comments about her character, her school and her "motives" behind the survey. Dr. Robert Malone, and others in our camp speak so highly of her scientific endeavors. She has spoken positively for our side.

It's so very strange why these commenters are attacking the messenger.

The survey is more a mental health assessment than anything. Did you even read the questions? How many were actually geared toward efficacy? They're more about how 'you feel' about this that and the other. There were only bulleted answers you could give on many of the questions in the form of subtle coercion to select one of the predisposition one. How about the questions about gender/sex. (No male/Female) option to select. The questions ask for so much personal information that is NOT necessary for them to know. How can you miss all that and say what you said above?

Sentinel

You did not have to take the survey, correct? No one coerced you yo complete the durvey.

I completed every question.

I take it your complaint has to do with exposing your personal experiences during the pandemic? Did you not say below to keep you experiences private? Do you deny that the pandemic has affected the emotional well being of the entire country if not the world? Or did you think this survey was a place to vent your particular view of the pandemic minus the effects on your emotional well being?

As I said, Steve asked us to help a professor who supports of and who is trying to compare responses from vaccinated versus unvaccinated.

Have you read the good professors comments in this discussion?

Let me ask you if you wanted to know the differences of perception of vaccinated people versus unvaccinated people how would you go about doing it?

That is what this survey is all about. The good professor is trying to understand these complexities which up to this point are not understood. This survey is a beginning. We are lucky to have Steve and a professor of high regard to publish results that will clarify these issues.

If you really must know, I went through the questions but never submitted it.

And, by your comments, I am uncontaminated unlike you and will remain so.

You are a very naive person to believe what your saying.

Speaking of contaminated...how can you live with yourself on denying all things positive? You are reading Steve and commenting to him and to others so you can expound your so-called "purity?"

Oy, I see I am naive and you are "pure." Tell us how "pure" are you? How do we unpure ones bother you with our naivity?

Don’t revert to your childhood by taking my comment out of context.

Your many comments speak of so called "purity." Do you deny you are pure and uncontaminated whereas those who believe in the work that Steve and the Professor are involved in are unpure?? You do believe we are contaminated dont you? Is there really some sort of plot, hatched by Steve and the professor, to gather personal information and give it to authorities?

Since I expect Dr Bhargava will read the comments I will give only the following info: I've had all traditional vaccines, Big Pass on this experimental one. Socializing and doing things as per normal since May 2020. Have not had even the sniffles. And yes I do know of a serious adverse reaction w/in 24 hours of injection. While there is much more I could say, I will give you no more information than this since I do not trust your motives. Perhaps you are looking for better ways to nudge people next time.

I deeply appreciate the purpose of the survey and so put the time into completing it. Here's some feedback though: It was WAY too long and some of the questions seemed redundant.
