Pulmonary infarction is a known side effect of the COVID vaccine. Fauci had it, got treated for it, and instead of warning people, he remained silent to avoid creating vaccine hesitancy.
If you read the vaccine conference proceedings published in May 2020 it becomes clear that all the pharmaceutical folks and NIH folks knew that the last attempt at a coronavirus vaccine (Sars CoV-1 ~2003) was unsuccessful due to antibody enhanced disease in more than 1 animal model. The hubris they demonstrate in the proceedings is shocking... Fauci is well versed in Corona viruses so no way was he going to risk taking that shot when so many of the animals didn't survive virus exposure after the SARS CoV-1 vaccination.... and I don't think it was an Mod RNA which only compounds the danger.
