I watched it all this morning. It was something else. Apparently , his attorney's don't think the auto pen pardons will hold up. So, he plead the 5th amendment which meant that even if the pardon was valid, he violated it so he no longer would have immunity. He also was in contempt of Congress. They pointed out that one can't start by making a statement then start pleading the 5th.
This was great theater to witness. Now I hope he is hung both literally and figuratively.
