This is the big plan over the coming years/decade. The move to supranational entities that supercede national (and even state and local) governments. These people are psychopaths that only care about power.
The fact that WHO wants to just "take over" in case of another pandemic is really all the "proof" I need that we are, with out any doubt in my mind, living through a fake pandemic event to gain control of the world's citizens. Thanks WEF.
