My favorite pharma ad is for Xolair, which is supposed to treat allergic reactions. The first potential adverse event they list is fatal allergic anaphylaxis reaction. That pretty much sums up pharmaceuticals in a nutshell.
I have a theory about the Pfizer RSV laughing commercial. The first two look like Walz and Harris. I think it's a psyop commercial to normalize Kamala Harris type laughter. People see a lot of others laughing that way and think "OK, people laugh like that, I guess" subconsciously.
